I asked questions prior to paying for the services. After paying then I got hit with hidden fees that weren’t discussed during that conversation. Very upsetting and do not recommend.

Easy, fast and cost effective!
I came down with ringworm. Annoying but typically can be cured with OTC meds. Unfortunately for me after a few weeks of treatment it wasn’t going away. I didn’t want to go to urgent care and spend hundreds or wait for a visit with my PCP, so I decided to try this Call on Doc service. I filled out a short intake form and submitted pics and in less than an hour a doc had reviewed my photos and not only prescribed me oral antifungals but an RX topical cream that is more effective than the regular athletes foot cream you can get at the drugstore. I had my meds in hand in under 2 hours for $50! I had a great experience and will definitely keep this service in mind the next time I have a minor issue.

I absolutely love this company!
I've used their services 3 times now and I ve been completely satisfied each time. The time it take to diagnose the issue, ask me any questions that the provider might have, send the rx to my pharmacy & speak to the pharmacist to make sure they have the medicine & to notify me that all is complete is done in under 2 hrs. You can't even get checked in at a convenient care in that time frame. I will continue to work w this company.

I am a nurse of over 45 years - this service is very quick, convenient and reliable for minor illness/conditions - I could go to Urgent Care taking 2-3 hours and pay nearly twice the amount, or use CallonDoc for half the stress, half the time, half the price !! Incredible experience
I developed hives that I could not clear up on my own. I’m currently uninsured and needed a provider to weigh in. They called within the hour, listened to what I had going on and what I had already tried, then came up with a great treatment plan. Meds were ready at the pharmacy when I got there. This is one of the best online experiences I’ve ever had and I recommend this service to anyone needing care. It was very affordable as well.
