I had a great experience with…
I had a great experience with Call-On-Doc. I needed antibiotics as soon as possible, and the entire process was incredibly fast and easy. Within minutes, I had spoken with a provider and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. The service was convenient, professional, and saved me from having to wait hours at an urgent care clinic. A Breakthrough Experience
No commute, no urgent care, no hospital, no waiting rooms, and no navigating multiple processes or staff. I submitted both my information and my daughter’s information, explained that she had an ear infection, and paid for the expedited review. Her case was evaluated within ten minutes, and the prescription was ready for pickup at the pharmacy within thirty minutes.
She is already feeling much better and has taken her second dose of the antibiotic. The total cost for the expedited service including the medication was $80—significantly less than what an after‑hours clinic would have charged. Truly stellar service.

I used to be a loyal long time customer of Call-On-Doc but I will never use them again and I want other people to know why.
In June 2024 I paid $54.99 for a simple medication refill (Transaction ID 120491255384). In July 2026 I was charged $84.99 for the exact same service (Transaction ID txn_3Tyu0KE60AgweWrg1IKtgKWe). That is a $30 increase, more than 50 percent, for something that has not changed at all. They are still just a middleman between patients and doctors. Nothing about the actual service improved. Only the price went up.
It is now cheaper for me to go see a real doctor in person than to use their platform. After I complained they sent a generic response claiming the increase was needed for “rising operational costs” and then tried to push their new subscription plans on me. Why would I pay a monthly fee on top of already inflated prices just to get a few so-called free visits? Their reply did not even address the specific numbers I gave them and felt like a copy-paste AI form letter. That kind of response shows exactly how little they take customer service and support seriously.
They are clearly taking advantage of the loyal customers who supported them from the beginning. The greed is obvious. I am done with Call-On-Doc and I recommend everyone else stay away too. Or just pay over inflated pricing for basic services.

I did not want to use urgent care when…
I did not want to use urgent care when I needed antibiotics because the doctor visit and services were over $300. When I discovered CallonDoc, the same services and medication were less than $60. My painful infection was immediately treated within an hour. In a time when traditional healthcare costs are overinflated, I highly recommend CallinDoc!
