It was quick, inexpensive and easy!! Especially if you are healthy and just need it for a pesky wasp sting and don’t want to wait in Urgent Care or for a dr appt. As a former ER nurse, I knew exactly what I needed to treat my issue and they quickly fulfilled my expectations! Will use again!

Saved bug bucks over clinic visit.
There was more questions that a doctor would ask in a visit, very thorough. Commenting section allowed me to send pictures and comment directly. It sure saved $200 of a clinic visit like last year's poison ivy incident. The payment options at the end allowed for a refill option at 10 bucks more. I'll see if I can get a refill in advance for next year's possible PI incident.

I cannot say enough good things about…
I cannot say enough good things about this online medical service. I developed a painful skin infection that caused two sleepless nights, constant discomfort, and honestly had me worried about whether I could even continue doing my job. The pain was worse than some of the kidney stones I’ve had, and that’s saying something.
The provider responded quickly, asked the right questions, and got treatment started without the long wait at an urgent care clinic. Within a short time of beginning the medication, I could already feel the healing process starting. Most importantly, I finally got a good night’s sleep after days of misery.
If you’re in a pinch and need prompt, professional medical care, I highly recommend this service. Their fast response, professionalism, and compassionate care saved me time, unnecessary suffering, and a trip to urgent care. Thank you for helping me when I truly needed it.
One question I do have: Is there a way to add my wife to my account so she can use the service as well? We’d love to keep using it for our family.

Still waiting on new antibotic
In previous treatment, I was given doxycyclean and had to get a different antibotic due to bad reaction. Had nausea & headaches from doxy.
This time they sent in doxy. Told them I will not fill it & I need a different antibotic please. Have not received ANYTHING else or response!! Have always been great before.Brenda Doyle

Please know that we have already sent a follow-up to our medical provider to review your request and determine the most appropriate alternative treatment. We are actively monitoring your case and will update you as soon as we receive a response.
If your pharmacy is already closed by the time the new prescription is approved, we can send the prescription to another pharmacy that is still open.
Just kindly send us the complete name, address, and phone number of the new pharmacy.

Exceptional service & response time!
The service and response time is very quick. I was able to have my treatment plan within 30 minutes of submitting my request. I have used Call on Doc 3 times now and have never had any problems.
