Was easy to get started and use

It's just an AI chatbot and some AI written lessons. It's not bad per se; it can be helpful to have a daily place to check in and do a lesson to stay focused on your goal. But there are probably cheaper options available.
The lessons prompt you to ask the chat for reminders based on each lesson--but the chat says "I can’t send reminders during the day myself...".
I cancelled my subscription, but am concerned that I'll be charged again later anyway. It all seems a little bit scammy.

I mistakenly forgot to cancel my subscription after my 7-day trial. Teresa Daguia was extremely helpful when I reached out to request a refund after I was charged for the ongoing monthly fee. I explained that I only wanted to try the app and wasn't able to afford it at this time. She was very sympathetic to my situation and initiated a full refund. I couldn't be happier with her help and compassion. Five stars aren't enough. Thanks so much, Teresa! Excellent customer service!!

After using the app over a two week period, I came to realise that I require a different approach to change my attitude and behaviour around drinking. I can see that Calmio would be helpful for many people but unfortunately I am not one of them. When I expressed this to customer support, I was pleased to be heard and understood, and to receive a full refund. Many thanks to customer care specialist Teresa Daguia for her kind and prompt assistance in this matter.

I did have an issue at sign up. Probably half the fault was with me. After I complained there was a nice email and repayment within a working day.
Things can go wrong and this was resolved to my satisfaction.

It was pretty easy to click through the menu, but all the special offers were a bit irritating.

It is a bot, but the suggestions, and inquiries about past current, and future actions and behaviors was so calming, and mind changing.
