It was easy and spelled out
Signing up was easy and spelled out. I did not like all the extra offers before I had tried the app to see what I was getting as how would I know what else I might need? Those offers should come after getting a few days of trial first. I just completed Day one of the app and it was excellent.

Disgusting service
Disgusting service. They have taken several payments for one week trial. It’s impossible to cancel and then they charge another fee direct to PayPal. Avoid!

Easy to sign up and the app download…
Easy to sign up and the app download was simple. Add on options came after the initial “discount” rather than being up front but you can skip them. Yet to engage with the actual app so nothing to add about that at this point

AI tool that's not great, not awful
It's just an AI chatbot and some AI written lessons. It's not bad per se; it can be helpful to have a daily place to check in and do a lesson to stay focused on your goal. But there are probably cheaper options available.
The lessons prompt you to ask the chat for reminders based on each lesson--but the chat says "I can’t send reminders during the day myself...".
I cancelled my subscription, but am concerned that I'll be charged again later anyway. It all seems a little bit scammy.

Excellent Customer Service
I mistakenly forgot to cancel my subscription after my 7-day trial. Teresa Daguia was extremely helpful when I reached out to request a refund after I was charged for the ongoing monthly fee. I explained that I only wanted to try the app and wasn't able to afford it at this time. She was very sympathetic to my situation and initiated a full refund. I couldn't be happier with her help and compassion. Five stars aren't enough. Thanks so much, Teresa! Excellent customer service!!
