The app is super useful as I was trying to reduce my dependency on alcohol. It is very user friendly and allows you to build up slowly and reset your mind thus re training your thought processes.

Optimistic about the product, Purchase process was easy

Purchase was easy, and the discounted price made it seem very worthwhile. During checkout you are presented with several additional offers; I didn’t really appreciate that part, as I feel it would be better to offer additional items after the customer has been using the product for a while and can judge its value. But, it was easy to skip them and finish the original purchase.

I’m optimistic about the program, and would be happy to update this review after using the course for some time.

The purchase and plan selection was…

The purchase and plan selection was very straightforward. I decided the 3 month package was the best value, but did not do the other add on prompts during the check out process. Glad that I’m doing something for myself for a change, and hoping this program makes a difference.

I love the chat feature in the app

I love the chat feature in the app! It helps me with being accountable and coming up with coping mechanisms without needing to talk to an actual person and fearing judgment.

Very unhappy customer

I paid my fees for a 3 month subscription and received nothing at all to my email. I emailed Calmio and got no response, so sent a follow-up email and again received no response. I have since cancelled but received no refund. Very disappointing, poor service. Buyer beware as from my experience this is a scam.

First, I want to assure you that Calmio is absolutely not a scam. We’re a small team of real people who genuinely care about our customers, and based on what you’ve described, it sounds like something clearly went wrong on our side.

I’m especially sorry that you never received our emails and that your own messages appeared to go unanswered. This is not the level of service we strive to provide and may have been caused by a technical issue in our customer support system.

Could you please email us again at support@calmio.ai? Unfortunately, we’re unable to identify your account from your Trustpilot review alone. Once you contact us, I will personally review your case and ensure you receive a full refund as quickly as possible.
