Very responsive. Brilliant service. Leon was very helpful

Your not approved if they say so..it's a totally humiliating experience.they keep your deposit and return it at a later date ..in my case a £1000..,don't bother with them they will lie to get you through door

Very well mannered over the phone and application was dealt with very quickly.

Sammy was brilliant very friendly and shaun who I spoke with at my first appointment was also amazing! So thank you both

Pleasure speaking to joe and made everything really easy for me, plus what a nice bloke

I was there from 11 am until 4 pm with two small grandchildren and then a car with faults no offer to book car in for repairs

Very helpful & efficient. Polite & friendly

I spoke with a girl call Molly from the Coventry branch I believe, she was amazing and answered any old question I had. Never had such polite service. Will definitely recommend this service.

Really great experience, everything was sorted quickly didn’t have to wait for ages for an answer if I got the finance, everything was explained nice and simply! A big thank you to Dylan for helping me with everything!!

Dylan was very helpful and I got a response within 20minutes

These are a absolute waste of space, they haven't got a brain cell between the lot of them.
I've been sat here reading the #amgazingreviews. And wondering how many of them are employee's haha.

Molly was very helpful and very polite she made very thing clear and easy to follow and was very quick at sorting things out and letting me know what I need to take and was a big help and took the pressure off too I would like to thank her for all her help over the last few days

Don't believe of what they say. Terrible company. They all packed of lies.

I spoke to Sarah upon being approved, she was informative, understanding and supportive. She is a credit to the company and I would recommend them.

0 they give false details that any body can get credit even with poor credit its lies and false advertising

Lance was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and ensured I had a number to call back to ask anything further.

Harrasment! Rang me 9 times today already (couldn’t of answered as I was sleeping after a night shift) 3 calls in the space of 2 minutes and will no doubt probably have another 5 calls by the end of today!!!

The adviser I spoke to was Sarah and she was so helpful and kind. Super easy and stress free experience

Tell you approved for finance. Go and pick your car. Go to the dealership pay a deposit pick your car take car off sale make you wait round for a hour then tell
You your not approved and the tell you five days to return deposit. Useless.
