Candour Beauty Avaliações

I haven’t received my order, When emailing customer services they say they won’t reply for 5 days so I can’t even find out what’s happened. Communication definitely need improvement as at the moment I feel I have just been scammed.

I received my securely packaged items with a compliment slip thanking me. When I had an issue with a previous order, the customer service was excellent.
Thank you for the great service Candour Beauty

Got my product in time, even though it had to be shipped to another country. Product was packed with care and is exactly what I ordered.

Placed an order for the first time with Candour but was reassured by the good reviews. I was not disappointed! Item was dispatched the day after I placed the order and I received it the day after. Packaged very well and with a nice hand written note.
They were the only uk stockists I could find for the product I was after and it was nice to have such a positive experience from my purchase from Candour.

First time using Candour Beauty. They had exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price and quick delivery. I will use again and would definitely be using again.

Very quick and friendly service. I love the little note in the packaging. Little personalizations like that go a long way!

This was the only store that sold the product I wanted in the UK, they have a great stock! Delivery was exactly as promised and the packaging and hand written note topped everything off for me. Nothing but positive things to say for them, thank you candour beauty!

Easy to find and purchase what I was looking for and it was shipped fast and securely

Great shopping experience! The service is really efficient. Highly recommend this website.

As a costumer from Germany I was very pleased with the order process and shipping by Candour Beauty. They complied perfectly with the estimated delivery date, the shipping fees were high, but I did not have to pay any extra customs (my order was under 40€) and my parcel arrived in perfect condition.

Great product abs shipping was super fast! The best online store for black owned beauty!

Hitch free purchase process
Prompt delivery

+ Great product range
+ Fast shipping
- I ordered an other product but it was canceled because it was out of stock

Items only took 2 days to get to me via standard delivery. I could’ve bought these products anywhere but I decided to support a black owned business. Love the hand written note such a personal touch

I ordered from lashify and paid for express delivery (1-2 business days). I have not received any information from the company about when my order will be delivered. I am worried that this is an illegitimate website.

Always a great buying experience. Have ordered a lot. Never been disappointed. Great !! Thank you.

Only UK stockist of this particular product, as far as I know. Great price, delivery and packaging too. Thanks!
