I ordered Merckens melting chocolate and off brand werthers. They came with an ice pack and nothing was melted. I’ve also gotten nerds gummy clusters from here before too. Usually as long as I hit free shipping it’s cheaper than most places too.

Terrible service; they don't respond to inquiries...

As others have mentioned, horrible shipping which ended up with melted chocolate. They only offered a 30% refund due to their lack of packaging. Had i seen these reviews i would have stayed away.

Ok, I didn’t read the reviews before hand, I mean had I did I would have still ordered because the prices are really good. Maybe I would have avoided getting any chocolate, since I did also have the chocolate melt. I feel like with all the complaints about the same thing that might have help change that problem. I did feel the customer service was very quick with responding. They gave me back 30%, I can’t say I wouldn’t order again, just not chocolate. I’m giving three stars just because I did have to send a picture of the actual melted chocolate, which kind of annoyed me a little bit, but still didn’t hinder anything in my mind about ordering from there again.

Excellent experience! The candy was fresh, exactly as described, and packaged very well. Great variety, fast shipping, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Prices were fair, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended!

Hesitated to order Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups in the summer but they assure everyone that their cold pack shipping system will get your order to you safely. Of course, the ice packs had melted long ago during shipping as had the candy in a sticky chocolate mess. For this they offered a whopping 15% refund! I wish I’d come here first to read all the other reviews. Stay away from these people as they won’t stand behind their products and shipping. Trying to get the charge reversed through my credit card company.

I just wanted to thank you all for writing your honest opinion about this company. I was about to place a large, first time order when I noticed upon almost fulfilling the order, the unrequested ice pack charge came up. All other companies I solicit do not charge a thing for their weather protection items. Then I decided to check out all your reviews and boy am I ever glad I did. I immediately canceled the order. Poor customer service will make or break a company. Unfortunately, that seems to be what is happening here. Thank you all again for your helpful reviews.

They got me once, but never again. This company is a sham. They sell expired candy, but don't mention it anywhere on their website. They mandatorily charge you $8 for an ice pack and an insulated bag to ship during the hot months. Candy arrived completely melted and most of it was unusable. The cold system they use is highly inadequate. The worst part is that they don't care. As others have mentioned, their customer service is garbage, just like their candy. Do yourself a favor and buy directly at the store. Maybe you pay more, but you get quality candy in perfect condition. This company is a sham. A class action suit for deception should be brought.
