We shipped wine to our customer near Christmas time, same package/same wine shipped to a few customers, one got damaged, rest got delivered intact. Canpar refused to honor claim blaming us for not packaging the product properly. As the rest of those got delivered no damage, I guess we can only blame that parcicular bottle of wine did not hold against the rough handling of Canpar Express. They also charge whatever they want after they pickup your shipment, I often have to fight to get charge credited as Canpar could not provide proof that the dimension /weight is incorrectly declared on the Bill of Lading. Filed complain with BBB and never had anything back from Canpar. Recently, we shipped an order to a customer in Ottawa from Toronto, and Canpar website is showing that they tried to deliver the package two times after 5pm, as we all know that regular business hours are 8-5pm usually unless specified. So when I called Canpar customer service, the so called " customer service" has the audacity to tell me that I did not indicate the business hours as some business opens till 11pm... I am speechless. Now she promised to call me back but it is almost 4pm, and she has not called back, I guess she thinks that I also work till 11pm ? I chatted with the customer, and he said he looked at his camera for the past two days, see nobody tried to deliver any packages... Canpar is a minus rating for sure
If You Order Beis Luggage in Canada You Won't Get Your Order
I ordered luggage from Beis in Canada and they chose Canpar to deliver it. So far, this has been my experience. Today is December 9th and the current time is 17:30.
November 27 - Canpar receives my package
November 28 - "Sorting it out! Stay tuned!"
December 2- Package arrives in my city. I receive an email saying it will come on the 3rd.
December 3 - Package does not come.
December 4 - I call Canpar, they "guarantee" it will arrive by end of day. It does not arrive.
December 5 - I call Canpar, they "guarantee" it will arrive by end of day. It does not arrive. Canpar agents tell me it will come over the weekend.
December 6 - It does not arrive.
December 7 - It does not arrive.
December 8 - Status changes to "package has arrived at our facility". I call Canpar, they "guarantee" it will reach me by end of day. It does not arrive. At 12:30 local time they tell me they will escalate the issue and have more information in 24 hours.
December 9 - No update. I call Canpar and they claim they only escalated the case the night before, not the afternoon before. This time the agent on the phone says she won't lie to me and she has no idea where the package is, when it will come or even if it will come. She hangs up on me.
December 10 - No update. Delivery is still scheduled for five days ago.
December 11 - Status changed to "Package was sorted to the incorrect terminal". No updated delivery date provided (still showing six days ago).
Again, so we're now seven days past the scheduled delivery and the parcel has been in my city for a week. The "estimated delivery date" still shows as LAST Friday (five days ago) and the same screen also shows it is "scheduled" for yesterday.
Do NOT order Beis luggage in Canada as long as Beis is using this Canadian delivery service, as you WILL NOT receive your luggage and you WILL waste hours of your time trying to track it.

Any number that’s listed for customer support / contact, you get an automated machine and your time severely wasted. I have yet to get my package even tho it’s been delivered. Went to 3 different locations that I was told it was, and the last place the guy working there was cocky and unbelievably rude. Why is this still in buisnesss

Terrible service.
I paid $36 for two day shipping of a frozen food product. Originating in Kamloops, it bounced around Burnaby & Surrey for a couple of days before finally being delivered by a sub-contracted courier on the fifth day. The food was cold, but fully thawed. The weather has been very cool, which is fortunate, but I shudder to think what condition the product would be in during a hot summer. I will never use Canpar again. I would give less than a single star if I could.

POOR DELIVERY SERVICE
The delivery person couldn't be bothered to indicate on the slip left what he or she was going to do with the package... no idea if they were going to attempt another delivery or send to a pick up spot.
Then on looking about the website two very contradictory entries made - one stating it was at a pick up spot and after that another stating out for delivery.
Then the online chat robot is as helpful as nothing and then you get put on hold for such a long time when trying to speak to a human. If I know a business will use this service it will deter me from buying.

As a business owner I encourage people to NOT use canpar. One of thier drivers has had a chip on his shoulder for years and is always super rude. I set up a shipment on Nov.14th and its still here. The first time the driver (paul) showed up he complained they were not labeled correctly FUNNY ENOUGH THEY WERE MARKED CORRECTLY. He threw them out of his truck and drove away. I called canpar they assured me they would pick up the shipment and have still never shown up. Super embarrassing customer service and honestly if paul hates his job that much he should take up burger flipping apparently canpar isnt the right job for him.

One of the worst shipping experiences I’ve ever had.
My package was supposed to be delivered to Cape Breton, two hours from the Sydney depot. Instead, Canpar sent it on a completely unnecessary tour of half the country — Barrie, Etobicoke, Dartmouth, Sydney, and then all the way to Dieppe. Days of delays, incorrect sorting, no clear updates, and zero accountability.
By the time it finally moved, I had lost valuable time and money waiting for a simple, business-critical item. Their tracking updates were vague, their routing made no sense, and the whole experience has been incredibly frustrating.
Based on this ordeal, I won’t be using Canpar again.

CanPar was supposed to pick up a package from my home from November 6th, 2025. Today is November 13, 2025 and the package is still here. This pickup is through an order that was purchased through a company and being returned back to them. On the 6th CanPar said that they are coming and no one shows up because they could not find my address. Then they said the 10th November and I am still waiting because no one came. This is very frustrating and upsetting since I have to leave the package outside my door everyday, with the possibility of the package being stolen. They say that the package will be picked up and when I get home the package is still at my door. This is how they do business. 😡😡😡
Canpar never delivered
Canpar claimed they delivered a package to me and that I signed for it. I was literally at home the whole they and nobody ever came. Even their claims process is horrible because it only for some order starting with T. I would never recommend this company never had any issues with the other shipping companies maybe a little late but that it.
Terrible service
Terrible service. Tracker says I wasn’t home. I don’t know how they could tell that because they didn’t try ringing my buzzer or contacting me in anyway. Went through the chat on their website and the person was rude and didn’t help me. Told me my only option was to go pick up the package in hours when I’m at work in my office and it’s 35 minutes away. They basically disconnected me and gave me no solutions. Just now, somebody called me from Loomis. Marginally more polite. Still couldn’t give me any options for delivery other than well I can have them try again. I asked if they could guarantee that they would try and actually contact me or ring the bell/intercom to get in. Even if I am not at home, I can still let them in the building. Previously, I had been told that they weren’t allowed to leave packages in the building lobby, but this guy seemed to contradict that message.
My guess is the driver just didn’t feel like trying to figure out how to use the intercom and decided to just say that I wasn’t home - terrible service. I will never order anything from this company again if they continue to use it.

if i could give 0 stars i would. They said they attempted deliver when i was home and no they didnt. Then they left my package with another business and didnt even leave a card. Then i had called the business i had ordered from where my package was and they told me that it had been at the drop off for over a week. Just unreal. Worst ever!!

Sont venu livrer 2 fois au garage détaché. Pas capable de voir la maison au bout du stationnement. La 3 e fois j ai du repayer une livraison. Le livreur s’est stationné dans la dans la rue devant mon entrée et il se dirigeait chez mon voisin. J ai du sortir en t-shirt à zéro degré pour lui dire de se virer de bord et d’aller dans la bonne direction et encore il me disait que le garage était la maison. Trop stupide pour voir que c’est une garage. Pu jamais je ne passerai par cette compagnie. Mieux vaut attendre plus longtemps pour utiliser la poste traditionnel qui engage des québécois qui savent la différence entre une maison et un garage.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They have the rudest agents on the phone. Lol my package has been in their facility for days! And no updates on whether it will be delivered to my house at all or if it’s supposed to be picked up. Mind you, it was sorted to the wrong delivery driver so while my other packages that came with this one I’ve received already… this package continues to sit at their facility.. I had to call them today to ask what’s happening with this package and I was met by a rude agent. Lol she says there’s a note on their system that the driver had called me upon delivery but yet I received 0 CALLS… it’s not stated on the tracking information either that an attempt was made… and she kept insisting that they tried calling me. What a bunch of liars. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with their customer service department and both time the agents were rude.

Canpar claimed they delivered a package to me and that I signed for it. I most certainly never received my package as I was at work and someone printed my first name as a signature. Even their claims process is fraudulent. I would never recommend such a dishonest company for shipping anything. My package had a value of $700 Canadian.

It is funny that the "unable to delivery" note is left twice at the front door, while the property manager is present at the first floor.
The customer service blames of not providing the security code. Very interesting. Our building uses fob key, and we have explained to them several times. We left our phone number through the platform and have been waiting for him for three days.
They seem to suggest that we need to wait whole day in the cold weather for them to deliver. If they did not call, how do we know that the deliver man has arrived?
Guess what? To redeliver costs 10 CAD.
Is that our fault?
