Teach or delivery driver's some English and how to tell the difference between east and west

This is the worst delivery service/company ever. Please train your delivery drivers how to tell the difference from East and West of a town. Not only that, teach them to put things under something so it doesn't blow away from the house it's meant to be delivered to own. I've canceled my Amazon Prime because of this company. Your drivers can't seem to know difference between what side of the town the effing parcel opposed to go to. I know they can't tell the difference between North, South East and West talk about embarrassing the worst, the worst company ever

DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY

No one can find my package, they can't tell me where it is or when I will receive it. I would not recommend canpar to my worst enemy. Tracking not updated for 4+ days now. I called and the person i spoke to didn't seem to care what so ever about my package. My package is supposed to be here today and the only thing the canpar customer service rep could tell me was I would not receive my package today because they don't even know where it is. Extremely poor customer service

The worst shipping company in Canada

I've had several experiences with Canpar over the years. All of them terrible. I don't understand why vendors continue to use this awful company. I assume that they must be cheapest, but honestly? Your brand is tarnished just by shipping through them. It's at the point that I will now shop elsewhere and pay more just to avoid them.

It supposed to arrived in 2 business days
It has been passed 15 days and, it is delay
It is a return, the package should arrived before 30 days. I need the money from all the items $206 plus the shipment cost $46 total $250 back now

I thought PURE LATER was the limit

I thought PURE LATER was the limit, but my experience so far with CanPar is this: order was shipped from Brother Canada (the print company) December 4; it is now Dec. 11. Zero communication, several hours spent trying to contact CanPar. Their totally useless ChatBot sends you in circles, even tries the old "no one was home" story. Today a message finally showed up informing me that the shipment has been sitting in Kamloops (less than an hour away) for over three days, was in Burnaby 7 days ago. (four hours away.) The excuse: "Delayed at facility." Contrast this with: I ordered a tool on Amazon yesterday, was assured it will be here tomorrow. So far all orders from Amazon arrive very rapidly, with excellent communication, using Dragonfly. LATEST notice: "Status: Your shipment is on hold, please connect with a live agent for further updates." Of course it is IMPOSSIPLE to connect with a live agent. I have been on hold now on the phone for over an hour. In the future I will do my best not to deal with any business that ship with CanPar.

Patience is a Virtue

While there was some confusion and mistakes made by whomever was doing the tracking update, I had a better experience with 3 out of the 4 customer service agents I spoke with on 4 occasions.

It took a few extra days due to weather but the 3 female CSR's I spoke with were polite, helpful, attentive and they listened.

The girls were also empathetic, where the male CSR I spoke with on call number 2 was impatient, rushed and interrupted me when I was speaking, he showed no empathy.

The delivery driver, was also respectful and he was polite.

I would give whoever schedules the CSRS to take calls, a zero.

The first call, I was on hold for almost an hour to get through to a CSR.

The second call, I was waiting almost 1 hour and 5 mins.

Call three, I was waiting 1 hour and 18 mins.

The last call today, I was on hold for 1 hour and a 40 mins.

The management knows its busy and they should staff according to this busy season.

I would give the person updating the tracker a 3, the last update had my order, going to another province, when it had arrived at my province two days before and delivery was delayed due to weather issues.

The CSR I spoke with today, she checked and told me the tracking update imputed today was a mistake, my order was on route to me and that I would get my parcel no later then 6 pm today.

I did receive it today just before 4:30 pm.

I am so relieved as this is a Christmas present.

Its important as a customer to understand that the CSR's are also having a busy day and don't need to be abused or have frustrated customers yelling at them.

I made sure that I didn't take out my frustration on the CSRS. Especially today when the update alarmed me that my order was traveling to another province.

Thanks to the 3 CSR's I spoke with, they helped ease my worry, were helpful and gave me the information I needed on all 3 occasions.

Keep up the good work CSRS. Management can improve with staffing issues and having customers wait over an hour to talk to a CSR of the company.

Horrible service…

The parcels were delivered to one of their Smartspot outlets for pickup. They did not and would not give me the address. Told me in south Surrey but would not give address. Tried phoning and left on hold for over an hour--when answered were curt and rude and still no address. will never use and when ordering parcels if use this company, will cancel order and go somewhere else

They have had my package for 14 days

They have had my package for 14 days. With no updates or indication of when it will be delivered. If you think Canada post is bad. Try these guys. So bad it embarrassing. Will probably never get my package. Merry Christmas CanPar!

Worst courier I have ever had the…

Worst courier I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with numerous times. Beyond frustrating to deal with as a package recipient. Note they also own loomis express and it’s the same story. I wish they could be held accountable for their poor service that everyone seems to encounter.

I couldn't give them a zero

I couldn't give them a zero, so they got a one. Their tracking system says that our package left their warehouse (in Toronto which is out city) on December 3rd and we still haven't received it as of December 9th.

When we called for an update - waiting on hold for 55 minutes) they said they have no idea where our package is or when it would be delivered.

Absilute worst customer service out…

Absilute worst customer service out there!! Never anyone on the live agent chat. On hold for 3hrs still never got to talk to anyone. Parcel is just sitting at the depi and hasn't even left for 10 straight days. Wild!

I would put a zero star if I could

I would put a star zero if I could. I have no idea why any brand would trust them with their customer experience.

Their customer service is horrendous. If you ask to speak to a manager, their managers are never available, they will ask you for your contact info and never call you.

Do not destroy your customer relationship and customer journey by using this company.

Canpan, un service de livraison absolument déplorable.

Cela fait maintenant huit jours que j’attends mon colis. Une première tentative de livraison a eu lieu le 1er décembre, puis une seconde le 2 décembre, sans aucun avis préalable.

Le 3 décembre, je les contacte pour organiser une nouvelle livraison et je paie même des frais pour la reprogrammer. Depuis, aucune livraison n’a été effectuée. J’appelle chaque jour, patiente environ 40 minutes pour obtenir un agent, qui me donne à chaque fois une information différente : soit le colis n’est pas encore sorti de l’entrepôt, soit la livraison est prévue pour le lendemain — ce qui s’avère systématiquement faux.

Face à leur incapacité à fournir une date fiable, je leur demande d’être conciliants et accommodants compte tenu de leur défaut de livraison, et d’autoriser que le colis soit laissé devant ma porte sans signature, car je ne peux pas me confiner chez moi en attendant leur passage aléatoire. Ils refusent catégoriquement.

Je demande alors à parler à un superviseur pour obtenir un accord, et l’agent me dit qu’il prend mon numéro avant de me raccrocher au nez, au lieu de me transférer à son supérieur.

C’est un service tout simplement inadmissible.

Zero stars if it was an option

Zero stars if it was an option. I received other goods from China shipped via a different courier through Alaska and Kentucky, cleared US customs, then to Vancouver to clear Canadian customs then to its destination in Nova Scotia faster than CANPAR could deliver a parcel from Etobicoke, Ontario. Ridiculous response times and lack of plausible answers from staff about the location of my parcel that departed and returned to their processing centre 3 times and sat an entire week without movement. Go with another shipper, not CANPAR.

QUATRE JOURS D'ATTENTE ! C'est un service absolument déplorable !

Je suis commerçant depuis 2011 et je dépends de vous pour mes livraisons.

QUATRE JOURS que j'attends que ce transporteur vienne chercher mes commandes ! J'ai appelé DEUX FOIS le service client, et à chaque fois, on me donne un numéro de confirmation, on me GARANTIT le passage d'un camion... et rien ne se passe !

C'est une TRÈS MAUVAISE QUALITÉ DE SERVICE et un manque de respect total de vos engagements. Faites le nécessaire MAINTENANT !
