To the Management Team at Cantourage…
To the Management Team at Cantourage Clinic,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today. This is disappointing to me, as I have consistently had a positive experience with your clinic until now. Having spent approximately £1,700 with your company since last February, I have seen significant improvements in my mental health and daily functioning, and have always been an advocate for the services you provide. However, after today's experience, with a heavy heavy heart, I find myself reconsidering my position as a client.
I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Anup Mathew at 10am today. Unfortunately, a meeting overran, and without any reminder via text or email, the session momentarily slipped my mind. In the past, I have appreciated my doctor calling me if I was a minute late to check if I was still able to attend, which allowed me to drop what I was doing and join the session immediately. However, on this occasion, no such attempt was made. I was later informed that Dr. Anup had tried to contact me multiple times, which I know to be untrue, as I received no missed calls and had full phone signal. It appears that instead of making an effort to check in with me, Dr. Anip simply logged the session as absent. Given the £79 cost for a check-in, I would have expected at least a single phone call, as I have received in the past.
I'm also confused to why I'm being charged £79 and not the £29 as before if I've already had a follow up meeting. Surely this would now be part of the quarterly check up?
Nonetheless, I have now been informed that I must reschedule and repay the £79. While I understand the fee allocation to the clinician and clinic, I would have hoped for some flexibility given my loyalty as a patient and the service previously provided. I am unwilling to pay another £79 for a session that could have been held today, especially when I feel that Dr. Anup did not fulfil his duty of care by making a simple check-in call, knowing the high cost and medical reasons for these appointments.
Furthermore, I find it surprising that there is no system in place for appointment reminders, whether via text message or a notification 15 minutes before the session. I hate to be the person to say this, but I feel this is a common practice across many services and would be helpful in preventing similar situations in the future.
My preferred resolution would be to reschedule the appointment at no additional cost, or at the very least, offer a discounted rate. Should this not be possible, I regret to say that I will have to discontinue my engagement with Cantourage Clinic and seek my medication elsewhere - something I never anticipated since I joined your network last year.
I would like to acknowledge the professionalism of Yohan, whom I spoke with this morning. I hope my frustration did not come across as discourteous, but naturally, I am concerned about going nearly two weeks without my medication - a situation now further delayed by this issue.
I trust that my feedback will be taken seriously, and I look forward to hearing from the management team soon. Thank you for taking the time to address this matter.

My medical cannabis journey
Being with cantourage over the past few years has had its ups and downs. Being delivery issues or pharmacy issues, but one think i cant fault is the guys that work at cantourage, especially ben and arjun and emma.
Any time i have had an issue these two gentlemen have helped me out and got stuff sorted time and time again. When i was administered to hospital emma sorted it so i had no issues taking my medication in and i over all ive had a pleasent experience with cantourage and i would differently recommend them to any one.

Above and beyond
After being used to NHS quality and service for the 46 years of my life I am absolutely shocked how good the service and care is at cantourage clinic.
The excellent team at cantourage are literally a phone call or email away, no waiting for days or weeks to speak to somebody. They could not be more helpful.
I've already recommended a family member who is now a patient. He actually rang me last night to say he couldn't believe how good cantourage clinic is.

My experience so far has been great, although the strain I was recommended ran out of stock so I had to wait a little longer for something else. The medicine I received is a high standard and helps me with my issues.

Been with cantourage for about a year now and never really had an issues and if there is it’s quickly and easily resolved with great customer service and support, decent selection of medications, moving to this type of pain relief really helps and has had a positive impact on my life style so I would really like to thank the team there

Very dissatisfied with the service.
My first consultation was a phone call so I assumed my second would be too but no it's a video call.... I was not told anything about a video call on the portal? I Did not receive an email 10mins before so I missed the appointment then they wanted to charge me for a another consultation because I missed it. Then offered me an appointment for nearly 3 weeks away? VeryPoor service. And as for getting your prescription processed that is a waiting game. Not a good start at all.

Yohan was fantastic on my first call, explaining the process and talking through my epilepsy with sensitivity and care. It feels like a professional and friendly conversation, not an interrogation or an in and out call, as healthcare can be!

Caring and responsive clinic
I moved to Cantourage from another clinic two years ago and haven't looked back. I truly appreciate their high-quality customer care; they are easy to reach, quick to respond, and always courteous and friendly. Since joining, I’ve interacted with most of the team and always felt valued and respected. Arjun and Ben deserve special mentions for proactively resolving any issues I've had. Their doctors, nurses, and other clinicians are knowledgeable and helpful.
The UK medical cannabis system is still growing, and while supply and quality issues affect all clinics, things have improved considerably since I became a patient three and a half years ago. There’s now a wider range of products and Cantourage have brought in several high-quality flower strains, highly regarded by patients, including myself. They've also made more budget-friendly but good quality options available to patients.
Ordering repeat medications and arranging follow-up reviews is a breeze with the online portal. Cantourage handle the entire process, coordinating directly with the dispensary and providing regular updates. My medications typically arrive within five days of ordering.
Medical cannabis has positively transformed my life. While not a panacea, it has relieved mental and physical pain, enhanced my awareness and insights, and allowed me to reduce harsh medications. Cantourage have been a significant part of my recovery journey, I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a caring and efficient clinic.

Great service, accessible, fast travel letters
Cantourage has great customer service and is extremely accessible to patients. I have literally never waited more than a minute when calling to speak to someone about my prescription or travel letter. Their portal is very user-friendly and they've recently added new features over time, like repeat prescriptions and travel letter requests. I find that the people there are always very accommodating and try to find solutions and help as best they can within the strict bounds of the regulatory environment in terms of getting the prescriptions delivered. I ask them for travel letters all the time and Jamie sends them through very efficiently and is happy to help with any particular requirements. Arjun, Emma, Ben and Ellen are also very friendly and helpful and they make it very simple and easy and are a pleasure to deal with.

Cantourage have amazing customer service - they answer emails the same day, often within minutes, and it's possible to speak with them almost instantly over the phone. My consultant has been great so far too, definitely knows his stuff.
I have dealt with Jamie from customer services a few times, who has been able to find a solution every time within a few minutes. The price is reasonable, the selection is great and appointments are only scheduled as needed, unlike other companies which charge you whenever possible. Highly recommended!!

Had an issue , was resolved quickly
I have been with cantourage for about 9 months and up until this month everything had been great. As of this month ive been told i would receive a phone call which didht happen , they then forgot to tell me my medication was out of stock even though I told the doctor that is was out of stock on the website, he assured me it was in stock and placed my order. I waited for 9 days and nothing, I called them and they told me they were sorry I should have received a phone call (2nd call I didn't receive) to tell me my medication was out of stock. I spoke to someone who apologised for the mistake and said she would get my medication to me within 2 days plus a free consultation for the error. Based off the issues I've been having I called up 2 days later (today) just to make sure everything was OK with my order as I've still not had the payment request and the lady I spoke to said they can't guarantee any amount of days for the payment to be requested even though I have this in an email from them. I have been without medication for 2 weeks at this point and it looks like its still not going to be dealt with as promised. At this point I've lost all hope with them.
Follow up
Had a phone call today from Arjun who explained and dealt with my issue , glad to have it all sorted. Will get a delivery tomorrow and was given advice on how to avoid this situation in the future. Can't fault them after resolving my issue so quickly.
