Excelent printing, materials and handling.
Excelent quality of prints and materials. Better than expected. Also delivered nicely packaged and properly wrapped (considering Florida rainy weather this is important one).
Strongly recommended.
Color accuracy is impressive too (but would suggest to dial brightness up 3-5% before sending your pics, especially if there big darker areas.)

Good price, maybe too good to be true!
The price was very good—maybe a little too good in hindsight. The online design and ordering tool was awesome and incredibly easy to use. I was able to design my own prints and place the entire order right from my phone, which made the process seamless.
Shipping took a little longer than expected, but that wasn’t a major issue.
Unfortunately, the quality of the finished acrylic prints was disappointing. Each of my prints arrived with at least two areas along the edges where the image was either cut short, uneven, or already beginning to peel.
Overall, the price and ordering experience were excellent, but the final quality and attention to detail left a lot to be desired. I would have gladly paid a little more for better quality control and a cleaner finished product.

Sizing is WRONG, customer e doesn’t care about customers
Updating update!! Champs reached out, basically saying I’m out of luck. Their website states canvasses can be off up to an inch!! Why would I be ok with this? Should have read the fine print. Won’t be ordering here again. What a shame. Customer service and end product, needs done work.
Update!! I just went to hang my 14x11 canvases, to match the other 4 (from a different company) I already have. They are not the same size!! Canvas Champs are actually 13 3/4”x 10 3/4”. Not cool. Even tho it’s just slightly OFF, it makes a huge difference when they don’t match the originals. I reached out to them, NO RESPONSE !! So frustrating!
(Previous review) It was really easy! And super affordable. Great quality of the canvas material!! Only issue was they don’t ship to my PO Box in Hawaii. I had to ship my canvases to someone else’s address here on the island. Made it quite an inconvenience. But like I said, the quality is great.

The order I placed was for pet shaped…
The order I placed was for pet shaped pillows that I got several times before. These were not pet shaped but regular pillows and the quality was not great! I won't be ordering again very disappointed! I found the same thing when I used to order blankets- very nice at first then the thickness and the quality went down hill. I feel like I should be compensated for the wrong order!

I recommend Canvas Champ!
This was my second canvas from Canvas Champ. I highly recommend them! I've gotten a relatively small print (16x20) and a large one most recently (24x36) and they both were crisp prints and well mounted. In fact, the larger one was on a mount board, not just the wooden frame. The price is fantastic and I will be ordering again. The time from order to arrival was about 10 days which I thought was very reasonable.

Unacceptable
Fast service. Good prices. But the prints are too dark, much darker than the jpegs. So much detail is lost that I am returning many of the prints.
I am changing to one star, only because they won't let me leave zero. Customer "service" wanted pictures, which I sent. Then they wanted the affected prints marked on the invoice, which I did- twelve days ago. Absolutely no response. So much for that 100% satisfaction guarantee, eh? I guess I am out $400, and I will have to get useable prints somewhere else. NEVER, EVER, EVER use Canvas Champ !!!

Great Printing, excellent construction. but wrong hardware
I ordered 2 different size canvas prints.
* Quality of the product is great.
* Updates during production and shipping - great
Unfortunately I did not receive the proper hardware for hanging the prints. I specified a saw-tooth hanger but received an eye-hole hanger on both canvases. My customers requirer that the canvas comes with sawtooth so now I have to correct the error.
I left a message a CanvasChamp regarding this mistake two days ago but have not heard back from them.
In short - prints and construction are 5stars
