Trustview was right
After having read Trustpilot's reviews I decided on using Caramba Care. We rented the car for 8 weeks. Everything turned out exactly as promised. The car was brand-new, pick-up and return were super easy. I could not have been happier. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

The staff was so helpful
The staff was so helpful. They helped us get out the parking garage and as we returned the car to the wrong rental car location, an employee came over to get us and drove us to the entrance to the Malaga terminal. The Fiat was perfect for us and ran faultlessly despite some challenging driving conditions. They are the best rental agency we have ever used.

We struggled to find a 7-seater from Malaga until we found Caramba Car. Very straightforward process from start to finish. Transparent costs & car seats were very reasonably priced. Car was exactly as described and collection/drop off was so quick & easy. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Carramba cars Torremolinos
Carramba cars Torremolinos, very good guidance and assistance on hireing the car. Even in our.own language: Dutch we did get a kind of upgrade because we did want to hire scootmobils. The only nfgative was that i asked if this was the final sum, he said yes and i saw that there was a withdraw of 20 euro and i don’t no whatfore. Thats why he didn’t get 5 stars but overall it was nice. 🔡THANK YOU MARIO WITH GERMAN ROOTS. Dicky.

Hi Dicky! 😊
Thank you very much for your kind words and for your review. We’re really happy to hear that you felt well assisted and that the overall experience was nice. 🚗✨
Regarding the €20 charge: we kindly remind you that the car was delivered with a full tank, but when it was returned, it had only 3/4 of fuel. As per our policy, this difference was charged, and you were informed about it by email on Thursday morning, just after the return.
We hope this clarifies the situation. It was a pleasure to assist you, and we’d love to welcome you again in the future.
Warm regards,
Mario (yes – with German roots 😄)

★★★★★ Exceptional Service from Caramba!
Caramba provided an outstanding car rental experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, making the whole process seamless.
On our latest visit the car we initially received was in great condition, but we encountered a minor issue cause by ourselves. Without hesitation, the team at Caramba stepped in and resolved it immediately, providing us with a brand-new replacement car on the spot. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly impressive.
Highly recommend Caramba for anyone looking for top-tier service and hassle-free rentals.
We are travelling to Malaga once again in May and have already booked the car with this company as going forward this will be our go-to rental service.

We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you again on your next visit to Torremolinos! 🌴☀️ Safe travels! ✈️🚘
Small company, great service
We booked car hire at very short notice. Chose Caramba Car Hire at Malaga, even though we had never used them, or even heard of them before.
No need to worry. From my initial booking query, all the way to handing the car back at the airport, everything was handled in a really professional manner.
All communication was through email, with directions, instructions, etc sent through in good style; whatsapp, with personal contact numbers for the delivery and collection drivers; and direct phone numbers for changing timings, etc.
The car was like new, a hybrid Corsa. Clean, tidy, and great value. All the usual insurances were offered, with the usual excesses. The car was waiting for us at the airport on our arrival
Although not one of the big boys in car rental, Caramba appear to be a very impressive company who like to go further to ensure your complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Fijne verhurder
