My 14yr old daughter suffered really badly with acne until she started using the carbon cleansing soap. After a few days, breakouts stopped and was only left with red scarring. Her skin is so smooth and fresh looking. She was always good with her skin care so I decided to invest in the Carbon Theory resurfacing serum and moisturiser and so far so good. One happy child, one happy mother. Thanks Carbon Theory, amazing products.

I have bought the charcoal gel, mud mask and spot treatment. My skin feel very smooth and the appearance of spots is slowly reducing as well. My skin can be quite sensitive but with these product it’s settled and not dry either. I am excited to see what the next few weeks will bring. Definitely worth to try!

Fast delivery, can’t talk about the effectiveness now I think it’s too early to judge.

I have used this product before and I am satisfied with the results. This time I ordered the product from Germany and the delivery was a few days later than anticipated. However, be aware that since Brexit you will have to pay an import tax (3.66 Euros) and a handling fee "Auslagepauschale" (6 Euros) payable to Deutsche Post or whichever carrier was used. This adds a total of £8.50 to the cost of the product. This unpleasant surprise was never mentioned by the seller. If it had been, prices quoted by suppliers inside the EU might have been more attractive.

Ordered a product on September 5 and contacted support when it had no arrived 10 days later. I checked my bank to ensure the order hadn't been canceled or refunded and the charge is still there.

Now I can see on the order confirmation page that the order was canceled the day it was made but I still haven't received a refund or a response from customer service.

I do love Carbon theory products because I've noticed there soaps especially the charcoal exfoliating soap gives you clear skin for months and months it really does improve your skin and blemishes, I just wish the soaps were alot bigger.
