After getting nowhere with the Capital One dispute process in regards to SIXT car rental company, I talked to Shalanda at card benefits she was extremely helpful and understanding and personifies the definition of excellence Customer Service.

I had a Visa insurance claim for a windshield that spontaneously cracked. I expected it to be a nightmare to deal with, but I found everyone actually helpful! I especially appreciated the phone call from the person identifying himself as the one handling the case. It all went smoothly and was paid in full with minimal effort from me. Uploading the documents was a little confusing at first, but it was easy to add to them and work with the online claim.

From Zero to claim fulfillment within 100 days. A total loss on a rental car, paid off, I have zero complaints.

This interaction went surprisingly easily. My rental car overseas sustained a small windshield chip from a pebble on a highway. I thought I was covered and was very happy to find that I was. Easy communication with human being who listened to and then understood my situation and was able to provide understandable and accurate information. Online form wasn't excessively cumbersome and I received full reimbursement in less than two weeks.

This was my first time dealing with card benefit services, they are very helpful, professional and surprisingly very quick, they finalized my case extremely fast, I definitely recommend them to anyone who doesn’t have this service. Excellent customer service.

Claim process was smooth and customer service agents were very friendly and patient to hear and understand the Situation.

This was my first experience filing an accident claim with a rental car company insurance backed by my CapitalOne credit card. Communication was slow but eventually after 5 months, I learned that the rental company had filed a claim. With multiple phone calls, I eventually learned that the claim had been approved and issued a check. Yesterday, I did receive a letter stating that fact. Thank you.

The process was fast, not overly complicated. I had dealt with other systems before and had to jump through hoops. This was straightforward and time-efficient, and they paid the claim as expected.

These kinds of things (insurance claims) can be stressful but in this case, there was no stress. Also, the instructions were clearly explained on the website. It was clear what documents to upload, and the system for uploading worked well too. The process was pretty fast, too.

Flight was delayed in Chicago and used trip interruption benefit that came with my credit card. First time taking advantage of this benefit for my family and everything went through as I had hoped. They had reached out for another receipt which I provided and everything processed smoothly. I didn’t expect for my claim to process quickly as I was happy to just have the service

I was pleasantly surprised on how smooth everything went. You do need to have all of your documents on hand but that is the norm because every business has to follow protocol. I was very happy with the service I received!

The refund was handled smoothly, online, and with minimal time. This was my first time using the service, and I was impressed and satisfied.

They make it literally impossible to submit a claim. First you spend a ton of time submitting everything on heir online portal, only at the end for it to say 'unexpected error occurred.' Wasted several hours trying over 5 times over various days. Then via email they either put you through an endless cycle of asking the same questions, or they just don't respond. Phone they typically don't answer or same issues of no actual help. It's a disgrace that legit credit card companies use Eclaimsline for this fake insurance.
