I was in an emergency with my cat and pressured in the vet office with his eye ball hanging out I got approved with the little scanner QR CODE or no help for me. Car got saved - I collected some funds being I’m a single disabled mom no way I could afford any of this I took the money and made two payments before I even got my card one for 200 and one for 50 . I got my card in the mail and the bill with a payment due of 80 well guess what apparently you can’t pay ahead or more than minimum so now al that I collected goes toward balance and I still have a bill that I can’t afford because I thought I was paying it. I just got the card and am apparently in my second payment cycle .Great way to mess up your credit really fast , my score dumped 30 points . I would never recommend this card . Not idea for anyone on a budget especially @32 percent Interest . Customer service also sucked .

They are not honoring the rewards as they used to. Customer service awful, Erica Customer representative the worst.

Customer service is horrible Samantha the manager was extremely rude and kept cutting me off while I was talking love the card but customer service is awful

Their policies are outdated and clearly geared toward maximizing profits rather than supporting their customers. For example, if a customer makes a credit card payment through their automatic payment system after 5 PM on the due date, they’re still charged a late fee—even though the payment was made in good faith. It feels more like a trap than a service. All my payments were made on time and they kept reducing my credit limit affecting my credit score. This is the only credit card company that has done that to me.

The website is awful and keeps timing out. I lose all the progress of my application and now I don't "pre-qualify" anymore. Don't waste you time unless you enjoy being frustrated.

Made above the minimum payment and paid off the entire balance before the end date. They, however, kept reducing my credit line which in turn lowered my credit score- that they then faulted me for. When I contacted them they were rude and not helpful at all. I cannot recommend this company!

This is the most unprofessional card company I have ever dealt with. They messed up my payment three separate times before it was halfway fixed. Then, I noticed that my funds were not in the bank because they put a hold on my payment. They held my payment for a month but took it out of my bank account. They said a payment larger than 500 would be held for 1-2 months. So, they will take your money but just won't let you use it until they feel like releasing it. Not only that, they hang up on you when they don't know the answer to your questions. It is so unbelievable to think that a card company can be so incompetent. I mean, it's top-notch incompetence. Like, I had to explain to them how interest works and why I was paying the non-promotional balance, and then they still managed to pay off the promotional balance, not what I asked. It's astonishing they are still in business. Then, I told the representative to hang up so I could complete the survey, and the woman, "Jen," put me on hold for 5 minutes, thinking I would hang up. My family and I waited until we heard her get back on the line and hang up the phone so I could not complete the survey. So here is my review.

They refuse to take off wrong information they have caused and are causing my credit rating to drop.
I'm making payments ahead of time and they say I'm delinquent on my payments after a settlement was agreed upon.
They need to be investigated!

Had a good credit line, paid off a chunk, they lowered my credit limit, hurting my credit score. Then continued to make payments responsibly, finally paid it off, then they CLOSED my account. Hurting my credit again for being responsible and paying off my debt correctly. Absolutely worse credit card company ever. They ruined my credit for being responsible and paying off debt. Absolutely DO NOT USE!

The absolutely worst credit system. You should ever get they lie. It's what they say, whether you like it or not. Never used this. They scam you, they rip you up.

I have a promotional balance ending on April 4, 2025. I have called numerous times since the last of February as I was told to call and make the payments and have them applied to only the promotional ending balance. Every time I call the payment made prior is never being applied to the promotional ending balance. If I fail to pay this off by April 4, 2025, I will be charged in over $600.00 in interest. I have the money to pay the full amount, but I don't understand why it is a different amount to pay every time I call. I can never understand what the rep in saying. I live in North Carolina, and we speak English here, so it is very difficult to understand someone that speaks another language. I received $100 in Care Credit Rewards, and I attempted numerous times to get that applied towards the promotional ending balance and I was unable to get that as well. I was told to call the reward center and of course they put me off and sent me right back to care credit. I think they are trying to charge with the interest. I have been a member for years and when I pay this off, I will cancel my account.

We had an account with them for several years. No issue whatsoever with our vet bills and paying them off well on time. Then we quit using the card because we didn’t need it really at the time. Out of nowhere I checked my credit scores and they drop a few points for no reason. Turns out care credit canceled my account because of inactivity. It was probably at least close to two years since I used the card, but that’s not how you treat customers. My current credit score is still in the very good range, but canceling me For no good reason. It’s not fair or a good practice. Stay away from these people or you will regret it.

Firstly, their preferred financing^^ is very misleading and if you have a low interest credit card, it is better you use that! Secondly, the whole reason for obtaining the card was my cat was going into emergency surgery in 5 days and ON THE PAMPLET AND IN THE APPROVAL CONFIRMATION it stated that it could be used immediately without the physical card. However, I never received my full account number. When I called customer service they could would not help.

I had a $6500 credit limit, I was about $1000 short of the limit in Dec, I PAID DOWN to $2000, i.e. I paid $4000 in extra payments , NEVER LATE WITH A PAYMENT, NOW CARE CREDIT SYNCHRONY BANK IN THEIR WISDON, HAVE REDUCED MY CREDIT LIMIT TO $2100 ! WHAT THE HELL KIND OF GAMES ARE THEY PLAYING ! Oh I CAN REQUEST AN INCREASE ! ! THAT WILL PROBABLY LOWER MY CREDIT, SINCE THEY HAVE REDUCED MY LIMIT ! ! !

These folks are thieves. Yes it is nice to have a way to get dental done;however 30% interest is just thievery.

I suggest you secure funding from your financial institution as opposed to using Care Credit. I had to dispute charges at least twice in 12 months and their customer service is horrible. Save yourself some time and money and take your business elsewhere.

Truly a nightmare! Stay FAR AWAY from this company and ANY of its affiliates.
Care Credit, Synchrony and ANY COMPANY that backs them should be an immediately A RED FLAG. Hidden fees, dishonest customer service, and an unreliable platform/website. The list goes on and on. Do not give this company your business or information.
I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Horrible people! I missed my 12 month financing by $147 and they charged me the full interest from the beginning- a whopping $669 charge- on my 13th month’s bill. I only had $147 left! Bastards. I was expecting to pay interest on the $147, not $2300 original charge. Completely unwilling to work with you too. I would have been better off with a regular credit card.
