Quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and an equally brilliant product to go with it.

This was my first order, and when I hit a snag I reached out for help. Enter Jeff: an absolute legend. He not only fixed the issue at lightning speed, he got everything back on track with total ease. Honestly, every company with a customer service team should be taking notes. A huge thank you from me to my Jeff.

Now, onto the mini egg Carfume I ordered, wow. It’s gorgeous. Driving with this scent makes me hungry and genuinely tempted to start licking the air. It’s that good. It’s limited edition too, which is dangerous, because next time it drops I’ll be ordering far more than three. I need a stockpile.

Very happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again.

The mini egg spray smells nothing like mini eggs and when u complain they just say it does when it literally doesn’t!! And seems to be lots of reviews on this so obviously everyone agrees but the customer service don’t want to refund on falsely advertised things (like the mini egg spray not smelling anything like mini eggs! Won’t ever order from here again , no one bother. They say that smells are subjected to how everyone smells them but there are many reviews about how big the mini egg is and how it doesn’t smell anything like mini egg - they only reply to these reviews to pretend they did something about it when they did nothing and were rude.

As nice as these air fresheners smell I will never order from them again. The customer service is terrible, when you purchase from them it automatically signs you up for a subscription every 3 months which I didn’t know about until the funds were taken from my account. I have since cancelled the subscription.
My mum and I between us have emailed carfume 3 times asking if I could return the products and have a refund as I’m a student and can’t afford. First time on the 2/03/26, 2nd time 5/03/26, and 3rd time 9/03/26 (2nd and 3rd from my mums phone) it’s now the 11/03/26 and still had no response whatsoever. There’s no telephone number to call otherwise I would have tried that avenue too.

I HAD I LITTLE PROBLEM JEFF SORTED IT FAST AND PROFESSIONAL. AND I WILL CONTINUE TO GET MY CARFUME FROM THEM . THANKS

Easy to order, fast delivery and a great smell

Super disappointed. They smell nice close up but in the car you can’t smell it at all, waste of money absolutely gutted

The mini egg limited edition scent smells incredible! Very chocolatey but not to sweet but sweet enough! Highly recommend!

Smells great but doesn’t last very long

Melted the plastic on my centre air con unit. Must have dripped down when doing the turn it upside every few days...as in the instructions.
I see from other comments there's absolutely no point in contacting carfume, as they clearly state they are not responsible for damages. The ingredients must be pretty toxic if they melt plastic!! I'm going to have to buy a whole section of the inside to replace the damage it's done. It's a brand new car so I'm not happy at all. I completely followed instructions.

I’ve bought from here before and been very satisfied but recently bought the mini eggs scent and it’s really awful! Doesn’t smell like mini eggs at all, and has a horrible fake/cheap chocolate scent to it. Sadly this company don’t issue refunds, so have had to waste these as the smell is really that bad!

Smells Devine and always happy with the same fragrance of one billion.

What a disappointing experience from start to finish.

I’d had my eye on the Mini Egg air fresheners for a while, so I finally decided to order one—only to discover they aren’t sold individually, but only as part of a £30 three‑pack with a blast can and air freshener. Not ideal, but I went ahead anyway.

I paid extra for next‑day delivery on a Friday, expecting the parcel to arrive on Saturday. Instead, it didn’t turn up until Monday, which completely defeated the purpose of paying for the faster service.

To make matters worse, the scent smells nothing like Mini Eggs. I then had to contact the company to find out how to return the items, because their returns and refund information isn’t easily accessible on the website. Only then was I told that I’d have to cover the return postage myself.

Overall, a terrible experience from beginning to end. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Melted the interior of my car my centre air con unit I’ve had to replace and the paint on the plastic above my screen is bubbling

Absolute rubbish! Can't even smell the hanging air fresheners, I bought one a while ago and it was rubbish but after a year or so I thought I would give it another chance in a different fragrance and still nothing, don't know how they justify charging what they do when a magic tree smells stronger and longer

I’ve receiveda few scents from carfume. All smell amazing and come In cool quirky bottles

Highly recommend this air freshner it’s not strong but just perfect brought on a whim and wow it’s perfection already got more in my basket super quick delivery too
