We let our policy auto renew by accident and when we realised and emailed they had cancelled and processed a refund immediately at our request.
Fast and efficient and we will definitely take policies again with them in the future when hiring rental cars

You put my DOB down wrong and I can’t change it on the booking they say they are busy and may take up to 5days it’s not good enough I don’t know wether I am covered or not

We do currently have a 5 day turnaround for administration queries, but we are working as quickly as we can. Soon we will have a self serve portal and you will be able to make these updates and corrections yourself. I have processed this correction for you now and emailed the updated documents over.
