The carpet itself and underlay is fine and the product is expected having seen samples elsewhere. The order process and delivery was not. When ordering, the website offers you a selection of delivery dates to choose from (great so far). Once product chosen and ordered and delivery date selected, you get an email from Carpets and More. This states someone will be in touch in approx. 2 weeks to discuss a delivery date, so effectively you have to disregard your delivery date and wait to be contacted (frustrating to say the least). After 1.5 weeks i emailed for a update and had no response (not great). I emailed again at just after 2 weeks and was told carpet would be available for delivery the coming Thursday or Friday. I chose Friday. Having waited in all Friday I got an email mid afternoon claiming they didn't have a large enough van available to make the delivery and it would be Monday afternoon. I had a fitter booked to fit the carpet first thing Monday so had to rearange fitting. Having not honoured 2 delivery dates, this was unnacceptable and caused unnecessary hassle for myself and family. On this basis I would not use Carpets and More again.

I order 22m2 quality wool carpet. The price was the cheapest I could find and delivery was quick and efficient. Based on my personal experience, I recommend this supplier.

I ordered 3 samples, picked one and ordered 36m2. The sales person Jason was very polite and helpful from order to delivery. Delivery was on time and the driver was again very helpful. The chosen carpet was perfect. The cost was very competitive. I would trade with you again and recommend your company without question. Happy customer DW

Could not have asked for better service. Akram replied to my enquiries and emails same day every time (even on a bank holiday) and sent samples to help us decide. The carpet was delivered quickly and on time and is of a great quality at about half the price of high-street shops. Brilliant! would definitely use again.

Everything about this carpet delivery was superb apart from the initial ordering which is probably the worst I have ever experienced - you enter your name, address, payment details etc and the whole thing disappears and you're left looking at a blank screen - no order number or anything to say you've just paid, it's utter pants - a real shame because everything else was spot on, carpet was excellent as was the delivery driver. Please sort the front end out :)

First impression was very good. Reasonable price, good communication and customer service. Beware that this company always uses a one man delivery service, does say this in t&c and also in the carpet description but maybe a reminder e mail emphasising this with invoice would be good. They sent the wrong door bar with the order but had no response from them re this. It was only a couple of quid and went and bought one elsewhere but just an acknowledgement from them would have been nice.
