Emailed this company to confirm that the OEM cartridge I'm after is in stock before placing an order - says it us on their website. No reply, so tried to call but no answer. Draw your own conclusions!

Don’t trust them! Ordered Brother OEM cartridges for my printer on Friday expecting them to be delivered early the following week . Turns out that on Tuesday the following week they realised they were out of stock. Got a phone call offering two lots of compatible cartridges instead - refused and said want OEM (I can get compatible for about 30% of the price from them!!) when this was turned down was offered 50% refund and one kit of compatible cartridges- I’d already said no interest in compatible ones! Why try and rip me off! OEM were £70, compatible £22 for a set!! Don’t trust them!!

Quick service. Great choice. Helpful intervention to help me get best bang for my buck!!! Great company to do business with.

Good remanufactured cartridges, good price, speedy delivery.

Brilliant company. Fast delivery and excellent communication . Kindly phoned to tell me item was out of stock and suggested another option which worked out half the price. Was concerned it would not be compatible with my printer but was assured if it wasn’t they would refund me…shouldn’t have worried worked brilliantly which the Amazon one didn’t!! Would highly recommend

Good quality product at reasonable prices. My phone query was handled quickly and professionally. So nice to chat to a helpful human who knew what they were talking about !.

Just like all the other (genuine) reviews say.... these time wasters advertise the genuine cartridges at extremely competitive prices, but they never have and never will hold them in stock. It's just a scam to offer you fake ones at a lower price. I said I wanted the real HP item and they said they'd send it.... but in reality they just refunded me without telling me so I've wasted a week waiting for something that was never going to come.

Good communication and fast delivery. However, shortly after ordering genuine Brother cartridges I received a phone call from someone at Cartridge Land. He said they had just found they were out of stock of the genuine cartridge. But they made their own version which he would send me two of as they were so much cheaper. I did not get much chance to speak during this phone call. I would have happily waited for genuine parts, but my agreement was assumed without me giving it. The home made ones came the next day. They are so smal lthat once in the printed the paper goes the wrong way around them into the void they have created. Avoid. Possibly even a scam.

Been buying my genuine HP ink for years with no problem customer service is always great

Purchased some genuine toners arrived next day. Fast delivery super service will be purchasing again.

Bought HP ink cartridges from these people on 10 April, received a call from them on 11 April to say they were out of stock of the branded item but could supply me with cheaper copy-cat inks. I said I only wanted the genuine article. The sales person tried to persuade me to take his alternatives but eventually gave up and agreed to refund me. I asked him to email me confirming the refund. When I checked my credit card a while later the payment to Cartridge Land was listed as "pending". I emailed Cartridge Land to remind them I wanted a confirmation email which eventually arrived but the pending status remained on my card transactions. On 12 April I was shocked to see the payment had gone through to Cartridge Land - they had NOT stopped the payment. I have spoken to my card provider about this. How can companies be selling products and taking the money for them when they do no actually have them to sell? Isn't this fraud? Avoid this company like the plague!

Seems I can count myself as yet another one of Cartridge Land's 'Bait n Switch' suckers. I've awarded 2 stars because they returned my money promptly. Here's my post-refund email to Asam:

Just a gentle nudge – almost all your 2.7/5 Trustpilot reviews mention your ‘bait and switch’ policy on Original items and around half are disappointed by it. Might I suggest a more trustworthy approach: if the customer selects an Original item which is out of stock at the time of order (I assume your inventory and sales system is linked), simply bring up a page which explains the situation and offers a ‘compatible’ item. The customer could then make an informed choice, you’d not need to phone-chase, you’d simplify your cash / credit flow, and your Trustpilot scores would improve. And you might just see your business value start to turn from negative to positive.

They say they have stock of OEM items then call you back and say out of stock and try to get you to switch to their refilled products .i said no. At this point they already have your cash. Avoid them . No idea if they will refund me ( as promised) but they’ve certainly wasted my time and delayed me getting ink supplies

Wish I'd read the reviews first. Low price on genuine product so you order from them, then they call and say out of stock and they can send some non-branded version instead. Very frustrating, will not be buying from them again.

Bait and switch tactics, advertise low prices on genuine cartridges, then phone up with some rubbish about mistakenly out of stock, but do I want a third party one instead. Don’t lie to me, don’t treat me like a mug and don’t waste my time.

I was looking for some original ink’s for my Brother’s printer and ordered them from Cartridge Land as they had them at a competitive price, the ink’s were showing as in stock and the order went through without any problems.
But then later that day I received a phone call from Cartridge Land saying “we’re sorry but there’s been a mistake and unfortunately they are out of stock, but don’t worry because we can supply you with two sets of our own ink’s for the same price” and that’s when the penny dropped!
Burned again!!
I looked back through my emails from last year and sure enough I had ordered from Cartridge Land and had the exact same outcome.

This is obviously a dodgy company that advertises genuine ink’s at a very competitive price to lure you in and then tells you they actually don’t have the stock and try’s to supply you with their own brand inks!!

If you are looking for none genuine ink’s then I’m sure you’ll be able to get them from Cartridge Land, however if you are looking for genuine ink’s don’t waist your time! They don’t have them and probably never did.

They responded very rapidly when unable to supply the exact item ordered, offered a cheaper alternative and delivered the following day with the refund on day after. The replacement item is every bit as good as the original.

I am not one for posting reviews but feel that potential customers need to be aware of my recent negative experience with this seller.Placed an order for x2 packs of genuine Epson 24XL multipacks of cartridges order acknowledged. Following day (Today) received a phone call and text message stating that when picking order noticed they had no stock and tried to offer mean there own brand replacement cartridges which i declined and requested refund. Just out of interest i checked some reviews and seems that others have had the same experience.
Earlier this afternoon tried placing a new order for the same product and the site allowed me to complete order saying items in stock of course i never confirmed order. Only positive was refund was received back on my card.

Ordered and paid for a genuine set of Brother Ink cartridges at a reasonable price of £70. Next day had a phone call explaining they had tried to pick them for me but were "out of stock".
Sound familiar??
If they were out of stock then their system should have flagged that up at the time of purchase.
Unfortunately I didn't read trustpilot before purchasing otherwise I would have ordered elsewhere like I have just had to do because I don't want refilled cartridges.
This is a scam to get you to purchase refilled cartridges, just waiting to get my money refunded...............
