Poor misleading sales tactics. We always order genuine cartridges, Twice now I have ordered and paid for genuine cartridges to get a phone call an hour later explaining how they are somehow now out of stock but I can be supplied with cheap refills instead. the OSM product is likely never been in stock. Now I have to wait for a refund which I don't 100% trust will come through. There are better cartridge companies out there. Give them your business as these guys don't have the stock.

On internet saying original ink cartridges sent inferior replacement saying run out of stock should advertised original ink cartridges if they have none it's misleading disappointed

Very efficient staff. I ordered an item that was discontinued and they offered an equivalent item at a slightly dearer price but gave it to me for my original price with next day delivery ito the bargain! Absolutely ace service.

I placed an online order for one Epson multipack of ink cartridges for my Epson printer. I received a phone call from Asam to say they weren't available and he offered a remanufactured alternative for which he could send me two packs for the price I had paid for one Epson multipack. As I was in need of ink I willingly accepted these and they very promptly arrived before 9.30 a.m. the following day. I replaced the empty ink cartridge in my printer with one from the pack sent by Cartridge Land and there was no problem with incompatibility. My printer sprung into life and printed to the exact same quality as my previous Epson cartridges. Although I had been very dubious about using ink not manufactured by Epson I can say that provided the other colours in my multipack of remanufactured ink cartridges from Cartridge Land function without any issues and deliver the same quality I shall definitely be purchasing ink from them again in the future. Some other reviewers have placed negative reviews regarding what they consider to be Cartridge Land’s bait and switch tactics however my first time experience using this company has been extremely positive and they delivered great customer care.

Great service with very helpfull staff.
I placed an order at 14.30 yesterday 25/1/23.
It arrvived at 08. 55 by post this morning 26/1/ 23, thats over 600 miles in less than 24 hours.

Like many other unsuspecting buyers I was drawn in by the competitive price for an Epson Apple multi pack at £47.99, then came the phone call from Cartridge Land that they could only offer me compatible product but at half the price .
I declined offer and they issued a refund on 3-1-23 which still has not arrived at my bank,
what a palaver and waste of my valuable time. I will be contacting trading standards to see if they can stop this practice as this seller has built up a track record with quite a few other customers.

First time I have purchased cartridges from Cartridge Land and on the basis of my experience I will be coming back in the future. The item I originally ordered was out of stock but Sam in sales contacted me immediately, offered an alternative ( and cheaper) product which was delivered the next day. The alternative remanufactured cartridges are great - the quality matches the original. Finally, I was promptly reimbursed the price difference. Great service and a great new to me product.

Place order on 22 Nov 2022 at 15:00 for GENUINE BROTHER INK CARDTRIDES.
At 15:15 got an email confirmation my order had been processed.
At 15:30 got phone call that my order will be delayed by 4 to 8 working days.
Before, they could suggest I take compatible ink cartridges I said I wanted a refund which they immediately processed and refunded on 25 Nov 22.
It got me thinking.
On 22 Nov, after out phone call telling me out of stock, I checked their website, STILL SHOWING FOR SALE.
The Genuine brother cartridges from Amazon is £51.00. Cartridge Word price showing £39.99
Too good to be true, I think.
So, are they taking orders because their “prices are too good to be true” and then immediately calling customers with the same line as used on me to get them to change their order to compatible cartridges.

Competitive prices on original Toner Cartridges, fast delivery and excellent communication.

Read other reviews and wanted to chat to ascertain if item in stock. It is like the other reviewer said:
'A Bait(ing) game.'
No one answers phone. Buyer hopes and trusts then is disappointed

Ordered genuine Epsom cartridge for very competitive price, then received phone call saying out of stock and offering alternative, even though still advertising the genuine product. This is the second time they've done this to me. This appears to be standard practice for them to lure customers in. Refund provided. Won't be bothering with them again.
EDIT: In response to Cartridge Land's reply:
I already gave you another chance after the first time and you just did it to me again, and you obviously do it to others too. You were also still advertising the product you told me was out of stock. My review stands as it is.

Still doing bait and switch….
As other on Trustpilot have previously mentioned Cartridge Land are still showing stock of Genuine Samsung toner cartridges significantly cheaper than its competitors, Once ordered they will phone you and tell you that the genuine item is out of stock (due to covid / Brexit etc.) and they can offer two generic compatible cartridges instead… this sounds like a bargain until you realise that you can purchase the generic two cartridges a fair bit cheaper than the Samsung OEM online elsewhere!!
One thing in their favour is that they do refund quickly when you say no!!

Placed an order for a samsung toner. Next day i have received a call saying the item was out of stock and i was offered a non branded product. I refused and was refunded.
While i accept these things can happen, what i dont understand is why the item I wanted (and still want) is still showing ‘in stock’….

Shows in stock on line but when I rang was told it was out of stock! (& offered substitute which I didn't want) Website needs to be kept up to date!

Phishing site - take the money and then try to sell non branded toner - delete account button does not work so you cannot remove yourself

Rang direct and answered immediately, a rarity nowadays.
Received an absolutely first class service. Excellent product knowledge,very knowledgeable and professional. Products and price exceptional.
