For chilled or frozen products, these items must be returned in a thermal box within 24 hoursof initiating the return request. The product must be stored at the correct temperature before dispatch to ensure its quality. Failure to meet this condition will void eligibility for a refund.
3. Proof of Purchase Requirement
To process a refund, customers must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. This helps us validate the purchase and initiate the refund process smoothly.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely return of the product. Casa Argentina is not liable for items lost in return transit.
5. Inspection and Refund Approval Process
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Exclusions from the 100% Money-Back Guarantee
The 100% Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to:
Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or use by the customer.
Products returned after the 7-dayeligibility period.
Items purchased during sales or promotions.
7. How to Request a Refund

Delicious food and great customer service
The products arrived very quickly on the promised date. The Franui were delicious. Still to have the empanadas but we had them at friends’ house and they were extremely good.
There was a bit of a mix up with delivery charge but Max called me and the issue was sorted quickly.
