Quick, friendly, professional and fair.

Offer for car was fair and delivered as promised with cash in hand...no questions asked. The driver. Joseph was friendly and procesed paperwork quickly. Ask for Joseph to pick up your car. Communication was good. Very good experience. Sorry to see my old work car of 18 years go.

I received exactly what I was quoted and Alrick the tow truck driver was extremely pleasant…. I forwarded the company’s name onto a family member & they came at the appointed time….excellent service

I can't believe how easy this was! You're response to all and any Questions I had where answered! You're Tow truck driver was polite and very professional in removing my vehicle! I would definitely recommend your company! Thank you!

The most organized professional set of guys I’ve ever met from top to bottom. Everything was painless and perfect..

Bravo, I can’t wait to spread the word. Honestly you guys were wonderful and gave me top dollar for my vehicle.

This was not a paid sponsorship. This was my actual experience with orthodox Auto, thanks again, guys!

O I just used this service and found it to be fast and easy. Just answered a few questions about the car, accepted the offer, set up a day and time. The driver was great, arrived on time, paid me, then towed her away. Cash was a nice touch. Definitely would recommend this service.

Exceptional service!

The entire process of inputting the details of my vehicle, to scheduling a pickup, and my vehicle being picked up. I received step by step instructions for the title to be released and the company. Thank you for making the process so simple. I'll definitely recommend your company!

This is legit! In the age of constant scammers, it’s so good to have a company that will actually be up front and honest and make a process as seamless as possible. Will be referring everyone trying to offload a car to them.

Good communication. I was easy and fast.

Let’s start with the process online, it was quick and easy I just answered a few questions and as soon as I accepted my offer, which by the way was the best offer that I could find online for my 1999 Acura not running I got a phone call from the agent, confirming the offer.
Next, they text me a bunch of instructions telling me exactly what I needed to do with my title with the car get every thing Make sure you’re leaving nothing behind once I sent them a picture of my signed title. I got a phone call to arrange a time and day for pick up. I said as soon as possible, and even though online says there was no pick up available until five days later they managed to come next day the tow truck driver was very helpful. Wrote me a check for the amount that we agreed on no haggles no complaint actually I am pretty amaze with how smooth it all went if I have anything bad to say about the whole experience is that they told me they were coming in the morning and they ended up coming in the afternoon but that’s OK after all they did come through for me thank you Cash For Cars, five stars.

Very professional and the tower driver was so sweet. I talked to him like I have known him for years. Yall keep up the good work

After some idiot crash into my car damaging the radiator it was to expensive to fix and Cash for cars made it extremely easy to have my damaged car taken away, also I check with 4 other companies and they paid the most for it. Thank you cash for cars.

Shout out to the guys who picked my car up. It wasn’t the easiest pickup but it also wasn’t impossible. They made the effort to figure out the situation and i appreciate it, because they could have just decided not to complete the pickup considering what it took to get my SUV on the truck.

They are extremely professional. They got back to me right away and showed up on time as promised. Thank you very much.

Emre

It was so easy. I filled everything out online. Daniel contacted me asking the price I was looking for and proof of documents. They couldn’t meet my asking price but was very close. I did shop around to other companies but this was the best deal so I reached out to Daniel and he handled everything else. Buyer called and let me know a driver will contact me within an hour of that call or their next availability and sure enough a driver actually called within an hour of hanging up with dispatch to let me know they were headed my way and gave an eta. Handed the documents and keys to the driver and got my check.

Just got my car trashed. The service was great , excellent service and communication and the staff was grateful and on time as well. Thankyou I definitely recommend.

The service was very professional. Everything was handled in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend their service to others.

Excellent communication. Paid what the original offer was. Would definitely use them again.
