It took almost a week for my item to arrive. While placing the order and through the payment process, this was not made clear. Otherwise I would have bought it elsewhere.

After some minor registration issues were resolved, (which had also delayed ordering process,) we were able to view our order online and delivery process, all went good following that and we could not wanted for more trusted and friendly discussions during this issue, great product and a great team delivering.

Other suppliers of CBDistillery either out of stock, or a little expensive. Came across CBD Village and they have delivered on everything - good price, smooth trouble free transaction and swift delivery.

Takes 12 days a to least to get to me. I have run out of oil 3 times before it got to me. I order at least a week in advance of my oil running out. When I email I get no reply

I'm only giving 2 star because is flavour is nice that's it nothing else.
Very bad service I ordered last Saturday still my item is with seller not even send I'm really disappointed if any one want to buy from them I won't recommend because first time I ordered I paid £3.99 and came in 4 days now I spend £ 30 and the delivery is free but that doesn't make sense to change delivery method nonsense.

A problem with supply of one item was swiftly and carefully dealt with and order posted and received on due date

I have tried a lot if cbd product's and these are the worse don't waste you time with them

I purchased a CBD spray that contained 30ml oil/1000mg CBD costing £40. The item listing says that the bottle contains approximately 600 sprays, indicating that each spray has 1.66mg CBD. This number is critical as it is the only way to manage dosage (and the big advantage of a spray should be consistency). The bottle was empty after less than 200 sprays, so the dosage I have been giving my dogs has been 2-3 times higher than I intended.
I wrote to CBD village and pointed out the discrepancy and asked them for an explanation or some form of restitution. Not only did the information provided on the product lead me to over-dose my dogs but also the product is depleted three times faster than I had intended when I decided to pay that amount for CBD. Joanna from CBD village replied (a week and a half later) with the following:
"Unfortunately, this is the description the manufacturer provided us with, we cannot guarantee how many sprays the item would have.You received 30ml as listed."

So, one of the numbers on the page is correct (which is a bit like buying an item where the length is right, but the width is waaaay off) and as far as they are concerned, that's okay. So if you are wise, stay well away from these cowboys. These type of inexperienced, unprofessional outfits will poison the well for CBD advocates as they are obviously out to make a quick buck without doing any of their due diligence or following up puchases with anything resembling customer support. I'l be looking elsewhere, but unfortunately I have had my fingers burned by this company.

I had a problem with leaking vape pen, great communication and they are replacing it. Cannot fault them, I will be using them again without hesitation. Many thanks guys 👍👍👍👍
