Great price and received as expected.
Ordered a self cleaning cat litter (I think this is when you know you’ve run out of ideas of what to buy!) It was a good price but with their Black Friday coupon, a great price (over £80 cheaper than Amazon which was on promotion). With a company I have not heard of before and a very good price I was a little nervous but thought let’s go for it. Glad I did. Apart from a delayed delivery due to the courier, all delivered as expected - extremely pleased. Customer services were also prompt and polite when enquiring on the parcel delay.

Petkit Pura Max 2 is a total waste of money…
The Petkit Pura Max 2 is a total waste of money. I paid £439 for an automatic cleaning litterbox that doesn't clean after every use, doesn't weigh the cats correctly and displays vastly different weights depending on the day..the item is glitchy and cannot be relied upon. I reached out to Petkit and they are not helpful in getting me a refund. I reporting both company's to the BBC Watchdog for consumer affairs as both companies do not have phone numbers and do not reply to emails concerning their products..very poor experience and would NOT recommend ANYONE BUY from either company.

Regarding the technical issue you mentioned, please note that the sensor may not function effectively on carpeted surfaces — it performs best on hard floors. This can affect the self-cleaning feature, which relies on weight detection. We have reported this issue to Petkit and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. The product description will be updated online to clarify this point.
As for your request for a UK contact number, we will have one available soon for our UK customers.

I had a great experience with this company overall. The customer service is excellent – very helpful and friendly whenever I had questions. They respond to messages quickly, which makes the whole process smooth and reassuring. The website is also easy to use and straightforward, which I really appreciated. The only downside is that the shipping has been a bit slow, but apart from that, everything else has been very positive

Very happy with purchase. Ordered Sunday afternoon and arrived Tuesday lunchtime. The Dreame robot vacuum cleaner was good value for money and so far has been excellent. Would definitely recommend.
