Very professional and polite engineer turned up exactly when he said and was very efficient. Only tiny gripe was leaving the old filter for us to dispose of.

All team and customer service are very helpful with service.

Not notified of delivery . Curb side delivery only? I never heard of this, a new way of to save money at customer expense. I am left with a large pallet with no way to dispose of it, in my front garden! I paid €20 for delivery, an absolutely disrespectful, disgraceful service by Culligan’s.

I've been holding for over an hour,I had to cancel a booked appointment 3wks ago and let them organise one to suit when I had time off work over oct BH week,and after holding I'm now told no one can get to me till the following week 2nd Nov so it's a day off work at my expense waiting around for the service person to call,as for the operator who took 10mins to find my appointment 🤔

Engineer to arrive between 1 and 4pm - recd call at 3.20 cancelling - had to phone following day to rearrange and agreed Tuesday 20/10 - got call at 08.55 to rearrange for Wednesday 21/10- informed Culligan I had agreed call for today - engineer arrived and completed service this morning- must consider in future that not all customers can waste a day waiting in to no avail.

Service not completed.Service man unable to fill water tank with air. Advised his equipment was not operational.

Our problem was dealt with promptly by Paul. It happenrd when we had a water outage for over 24hrs. The machine ,it seems got cloged up and was making a terrible noise,this was a Thursday,Paul came on the Monday and changed the filters. All working now. Many thanks, G.& M O'Rourke.

The driver just leave the salt outside my house,I have to bring the salt inside myself, and the driver said they won’t take back the wooden pallet, it’s a big pallet, where should I bin them? I won’t order anymore from your company.

I have one note that if you can book your visit by your self on the website rather waite too long on the phone for soemone to answer you and book you.

I contacted Culligan last Thursday to book a service for our water softener. An appointment was made for Monday 19th before lunch. On Friday, at 8.09 a.m. I received a text message telling me that the service was booked for later that day. The engineer arrived around 9.30 a.m. Fortunately we were still at home so the service was completed. It seems to me that there is some issues in the communication systems in the company to avoid confusion. The service engineer was told one thing and I was told different.

Great customer service, quick response and installation arranged, great communication at every step. The engineer Vladimir arrived timely and was professional, polite and very helpful making sure the unit fits in the cabinet of my choice and I know how to use it. I highly recommend this company.

I have rang 6 times and have been disconnected each time, plus I have paid 180 euros for a service on my water softener nearly 2 weeks ago, with no account on what and when it would be done.
