Don’t get you much notice
Don’t get you much notice, told me the person servicing the filter would call evening before, didn’t. Rang in morning when I was at work. Left everything the wrong way in cupboard didn’t leave it the way it was. Not happy

I called your office 4 times to arrange a service I was told I would get a call back to arrange appointment for service eventually on thr 4 th occasion I got a date not a time frame a date very poor customer service

Service was carried out efficiently thank you.
One complaint - we had no idea what time the serviceman would call so it meant someone having to stay in the house for the day. We eventually got a phone call at 16.15 to say serviceman on the way. It would help if prior notice could be given for am or pm.

No technician turned up for my initial appointment
No technician turned up for my initially arranged service appointment and I received no message/contact that it had been cancelled. I had to contact Culligans to arrange another date .
