Was looking for a means of picking the best auto warranty for my needs. Chaiz was recommended as an unbiased source who will not blow up your phone after you contact them and will find the best value. Charlie @ Chaiz was a great help. He answered all questions and walked me through purchase process. Price for my 2020 Ford Expedition was $1600 cheaper than the Ford ESP warranty for the same coverage. I highly recommend!

Excellent Customer Service with Great Warranty Options to Accomodate a Variety or Needs
I recently purchased a used vehicle with higher mileage and began the process of trying to find an extended warranty service provider for it. If you have not done this before get ready for some high pressure sales tactics from some very pushy individuals. The process can be so frustrating that you may be tempted to give up but don’t!
After a couple of days of dealing with the craziness with some of these salesman, I came across a company called Chaiz, which changed everything. First off, no pushy salesman because the process from start to finish can be completed on their website in minutes. You are provided options from different companies to accommodate your needs. Everything is extremely transparent so you know what you’re buying before you complete the transaction. Many companies wouldn’t dare do this because it prevents their high pressure salesman from “working you over.” To top it off, their rates and services provided are priced competitively and in many cases provide Exclusionary coverages that others don’t offer.
Lastly, even though I mentioned most of the process being online, don’t mistake that to mean you can’t speak to a representative if need be. Although I did have to leave a message because of heavy call volume when I called, the company was very prompt in calling me back, which again is almost unheard of. All of this to say, if your reading this review, look no further for your next extended warranty service provider, Chaiz is a great option to consider!

I purchased a used vehicle and wanted to put an order warranty on it usually my father's done my repairs but he's getting older and I can't do these things myself Chaiz made it extremely easy. Every other warranty company wanted me to put all this information in and then somebody would call me and I received a ton of these calls just from putting my information in It was a frustrating process. My warranty was one month old.They replaced the turbo in my seven fifty I bmw7000.$ 7 mos later they replaced the airstrip 3500. Great company.
