I recently purchased an extended warranty for my 2014 Dodge Avenger through Chaiz, and the experience was honestly the smoothest I’ve ever had with a warranty company. I discovered chaiz.com thru a video on YouTube. I wanted to purchase a service contract for my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek that I gifted to my granddaughter. I spoke with Charlie on the phone after searching the website and finding a plan that would work for me and cover the major systems for the Crosstrek. Charlie helped me to finalize my decision and set everything up. He was knowledgeable, patient and didn’t pressure me into purchasing. I took the time that I needed to make my decision. I had some very bad experiences with other companies prior to purchasing on Chaiz but I now feel confident that I have great coverage at a very affordable price.

I recently purchased a policy with Chaiz and had a great experience working with Eric and Charlie. They were very informative, observant to my needs, and helpful in ensuring I was covered with everything I needed. The contract provided was very straight forward and the price was competitive. I feel covered for more than I expected at a price lower than any other. This way by far my best experience with making a policy of any kind. I didn’t get a ton of calls at work and was able to email and work it out to speak with them on my time.

After doing a lot of research, Chaiz is the only place that I could find where I could compare warranties and purchase online. I didn't want to submit my number to various sites and have multiple companies contacting me. I was able to compare and make a choice after reading all of the contracts associated with the options I had.

Quick and easy experience
It was quick and easy to get an extended warranty for my vehicle. This is the only website that allowed me to actually see the prices and compare them so I can make an intelligent decision. I was referred to other companies but this company had the best prices and it was very easy to get set up with the new policy.
