Chakshu London Avaliações

Excellent interaction, speedy service, and tailored attention.

Great service, fast, clear and friendly response on email for a pair of sunglasses which Chakshu did not have in stock. They sourced the pair I wanted quickly and I got my parcel through very quickly!

Recommended. Ordered some LGR frames on-line but was then contacted by Chakshu and advised the frames concerned were, in fact, out of stock but that they could order in a further pair from LGR (at the same price). They did and I am delighted with the frames. Excellent communication throughout.

Outstanding!
25 years of suffering settling in time from what I now know to be mediocre opticians then I found Chakshu, exceptional above the rest. Prescription that works 1st time and excellent customer service - Thank You

I had a pleasant experience at Chakshu. I engaged with several staff members while purchasing my new glasses, and they were all extremely polite and helpful. I highly recommend this business, and I will definitely return when I need to buy my next pair of glasses!

Timely delivery and perfect product as described on the website - Thanks !

Product was exactly as described and shipped to me in Australia in a week. Interaction (via email) with service person was excellent.

Availability, ease of ordering and extremely fast delivery made this a great experience for me.

Great communication, prompt delivery, personalised service

Probably the best service in the world! Wonderful people, great products and awesome service! This what makes people return and return :)

Not one to write reviews but the service from Chakshu was excellent - my order was delivered the morning after it was placed.

With my new Alium Y frames, the very same as S** H*** wears (the legend himself), I am ready for any self defense situation. I'm ready to defend not only myself, but my family, and above all, my honor. This company has earned a customer for life, and boy is it gonna be a long one. My life, I mean.

Best opticians in Camden! Surbi, Nand and Maya were attentive and very professional. The team spent time with me to find the perfect frame, which I'm very happy with. Timely service. Nice touch with the thank you card. Will definitely be returning!
