Team Chakshu is the best.
Team Chakshu is the best. Received my order today, Barton Perreira Joe 007 after a long wait. Very happy & satisfied with the product and the services provided by Team Chakshu. Eventhough it took nearly half a year to receive the order, mainly due to the covid-19 mess, I never doubted them and thanks to their constant updates & assurances thru email on the status of my order. Thanks Surbhi & the team. Keep up the good work. 😍😍😍

Dear Mr Marsden,
I’m sorry to hear about your bad experience this time. We’re normally known for our exceptional service and we regret that we missed the mark. I must firstly apologise for the delays with your sunglasses. In your case this was a pre-order item and as such the projected date of release was pushed back by the manufacturer and therefore it is out of our control. However, I understand your disappointment and just wanted to confirm that we have already applied a complimentary upgrade to your order. My name is Nund and I am happy to discuss this issue further if you want, please do give me a call on 0203 981 2888.
Regards,
Nund

Hi Danial, thank you for a great review - we really appreciate it!
Great customer service
Surbhi was very helpful when the item I purchased was held up in Canadian customs... she was able to get information from the Royal Mail and kept in touch via email. And the glasses themselves are spectacular, no pun intended.
