I wish I read reviews before ordering. I ordered a lace top, it is not identical to the one on their website and looks like something you buy for a couple of pounds from a Chinese website. I requested a return and refund 5 days ago and they keep asking for photos for the quality control team. Since when do you need to be questioned about returning something you have never worn?? I didn’t even bother trying it on. I would urge you not to purchase from them for the quality and the customer service/ how they deal with returns.

When I bought it, I instantly loved the colour although I could of gone a size up (it was my fault😅) as I was looking more for a looser fit in both top and skirt.

DO NOT order from these people. I placed an order for one top, it took over a month to arrive, despite my trying to cancel the order because it was taking so long. When it did arrive, it wasn't even the correct top! When I contacted customer service, they said I had to pay the postage to send back the INCORRECT item they sent me if I wanted a refund! A complete scam and I will be contacting my bank to flag it as fraudulent.

SCAM STORE, do not buy from them. I'm not sure where they are stealing the model photos and clothing items from, but they are not shipping the items after you pay and do not follow up with shipping notifications. Only after I reached out to ask about my order (2 weeks after paying with no receipt of shipment) did they suddenly generate an email saying my product is being shipped (which was a lie). No tracking number provided and the tracking app stated it had not even received a shipment in the system. 2 weeks after this, the company sent me another email that suddenly there's a delay and offered me a discount code for another purchase instead of reimbursing me for the items I never received. They just stall until you are out of the window to dispute the transaction. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I ordered a top from Charlie Suede about 3.5 weeks ago, and it only arrived today. It took two full weeks just to receive a shipping confirmation. When I contacted customer service, I was simply told to “be patient,” which in hindsight was not reassuring at all.
Now that the item has finally arrived, I am extremely disappointed. The top looks nothing like the photos advertised on the website. The size is completely incorrect, and the material is not what was described. In fact, the quality is so poor that I didn’t even bother trying it on.
What’s even more concerning is that the item came without any label or tag—there’s no indication of size, material, or brand. It was just a random piece of clothing in a plastic bag. I have genuinely never experienced anything like this before.
I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid ordering from this website. I had seen negative reviews beforehand but chose to ignore them, which turned out to be a big mistake. I deeply regret this purchase.
This appears to be a fake site selling low-quality imitations of other brands. The product doesn’t resemble the original at all, and the quality is extremely poor.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CHARLIE SUEDE. I would give 0 stars if that's possible

The pants I ordered not arrived SOAKED in a foul smelling liquid. The seams were sewn and bunched over each other. (Company was sent photos) Laying the pants over a friends’s size 6 pants they almost look larger. I ordered the smallest size on your website. The butt seam is crooked/sewn over itself at the bottom. The company refused return/refund and has deplorable customer service.

The whole website is a scam, everything is on sale so you cannot receive a refund. The quality of the clothes is horrific, they don’t even look like the items shown on website. Half my parcel hasn’t arrived and it’s been a month!

Fake website that compromised my information and sent a TON of packages to me that I didn’t order so they could use my name online for fake reviews. Don’t trust this site.

Would give a 0 if possible, ordered a pair and of pants and they look so cheap and feel cheap. They are also different than the picture I have bought things from SHEIN for half the price and got better quality, that and it took a month for it to come. So be never in my life have I ever even wrote a review. Then they had the aid to ask me for pictures of proof that the product was not the same. As if they don’t know they are selling junk clothing. That and they sent me free earrings and I can’t even explain how bad they looked 😂

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this online store. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. I waited almost two months for my order. In the meantime, I tried to contact customer service to ask what was going on. I didn’t receive any response. Then I wanted to cancel the order, but they didn’t respond to that. Then the order arrived, and I wanted to send it right back, but they wouldn’t let me do that either—apparently because I bought it on sale?! So, the worst experience with an online store. Very disappointed and money down the drain.

They have ZERO return policy even though they say they do. Poor quality clothes. Worst quality, and they don’t allow returns if they don’t fit.

Placed an order which was several weeks late to arrive. They couldn't provide any tracking either during this time. When it arrived it didn't fit so I tried to return it. They said that any items as final sale aren't returnable. When I reviewed the website there was no indication any of the items were final sale, only that they were currently ON sale which violates my consumer rights by providing misleading omissions of information under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRENDOUS COMPANY

I’ve ordered from Charlie Suede twice and both times the delivery was fast and the quality was exactly as shown in the photos..

I had a good experience with CharlieSuede. The product was high quality, delivery was fast, and customer support was helpful. I’m satisfied and would shop here again.

I ordered a gold chainmail top from Charlie Suede, and it took up to 3 weeks to arrive, as well as receiving very little information on the item and its whereabouts. Once I actually got the top, I only wore it once on a night out, and it broke before I had even reached the club. I had to use a hair tie the whole night to keep myself from being completely exposed. I would not recommend this website to anyone.

I got the kaye top and just wore it out last week! I’m super happy with the purchase and would definitely buy again. No complaints, it’s super comfy super cute and not too tight around the neck which at first i was a little worried about, but had no issues.

Everything about this brand is absolutely horrendous! My item took over a month to arrive with little to no updates and when it did the quality was diabolical and they have failed to refund me my money! I would go as far to say it is a scam please do not make the same mistake I did!

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Awful customer service. Ordered some items over a month ago they have never arrived and the customer service advisor failed to provide a tracking link. Do not buy from here tik tok scam.
