Awful! Stay away from this so-called company. I wish I had done my homework prior to purchasing. Like others, I received an email tracking information. The ring is costume jewelry - at best. I sent many emails, followed the return policy and then I started getting "counteroffers." This company is misleading as "made in the USA" however, shipped internationally. Once I replied I didn't want a replacement but my money back, the communication stopped.

I made an order 6 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. I know I'll never see it.

I thought the prices were too good to be true....they are! The ring i purchased stated silver turned my finger green within 1 hr of wearing it! Terrible jewellery DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Very poor quality and looks cheap. Nothing like as shown on the Web side, and because all the items are in a so called sale, you can't return them. Be warned. I was daft enough to fall for it unfortunately.

Absolute scam. I emailed before ordering and was assured it was a genuine closing down sale. The products bear no resemblance to anything described on the website. Having problems finding out how to return them to get a refund

Ordering was easy and shipping was exactly as expected! The rings I ordered are beautiful!

I can’t believe I got scammed by this “company”. I genuinely thought this was a small family business and everything is hand made. The picture on the website does the trick. I got a pair of earrings, not the ugliest in the world but the golden bit looks so cheap. The necklace came so tangled and it took my husband 15 min to untangle it. When I saw the packaging details I knew something wasn’t right.

I ordered the emerald cut gem stone mounted in gold. When received I thought the gold looked very fake. I notified the company and they offered me store credit for another piece of my choice. I ordered a silver ring with gold looking bands. I thought it was beautiful, however 3 weeks after wearing the ring my finger is turning green and the gold colored bands are wearing off the gold. Happy I didn’t pay full price, I would be very unhappy

This was the first and last time that I will use this company and I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.
Everything everyone else has said was my experience too. From point of order to delivery was two weeks albeit my account waa debited immediately.
Two pairs of earrings were purchased and crammed into one small dustbag....The dustbag itself was unstitched and faulty.
The quality of the jewellery is very poor. One pair is of a mixed metal design and the silver is already tarnished.
As others have said before me...
BUYER BEWARE...ALL IS NOT AS IT SEEMS!

Received my order but wish to return and order a different size. No return information on website says you have to send an email. I've sent three so far, Received a reply to the first one that they couldn't trace my order. I've replied with all of the details plus a screenshot of the order confirmation but now they are just ignoring me.

Terrible fake site and does not look anything like the pics .

This is rubbish- a charming picture and pretty images are misleading. Slow delivery, poor quality and not real silver, not even plated so a misleading description. My earrings are twice the size I imagined, they are not polished and there is still visible flange around the hoops from the casting, so not finished to any standard. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE! I am just glad I did not pay more than I did.

I was very disappointed with the necklaces I had ordered – they are nothing like what was advertised on your website. I was excited thinking this would be my Christmas present from my child to me and treat myself to something nice for once.

The one that caught my eye initially and it is turned up as cheap cast material with a plastic sticker that you wouldn’t even think about buying from the silly solly’s or the bargain store. I am disgusted that you claim its worth $143, it is definitely not worth $38, maybe less than $5 if that.

I have just received my ring which looked absolutely beautiful on their website, DON’T BE FOOLED, THIS IS A SCAM. The jewellery is nothing like what you expect to receive. It’s certainly not hand made and is cheap rubbish.

Customer service was responsive when, after taking weeks for my order to arrive, it said it was delivered and wasn't. The company replaced the order and shipped it again. I received the items yesterday, 7 weeks after my initial order, and the rings are most certainly not handmade, and they are very low quality. Obviously I should've known from the price. I got the hug ring, which has comically tiny hands, and they're both facing the same direction... two right hands. It's a joke! It's definitely not sterling silver, and not hand-made. I also got the silver ring with gold bands, and it's not a thin gold band wrapped around the ring as it is in the picture, but lines that appear PAINTED on. This is not an artist with a company. These pieces are mass-produced by a machine and are very low quality. Just another internet DUPE.
