A total scam- extremely disappointing

Great customer service

I love the designs, unlike anythng you find in the stores. I especially like the hook type earrings.

I bought several different earings, some were going to be Christmas presents for my grandaughters and some for my self. I wore the gold hoop to a wedding for the first time and lost one because the clasp did not hold. When I put it on I thought it would be fine, NOT. Several of them were very deceiving in the pictures on line for size. Shipping took forever.

If I could give zero I would. This is a scam. They sent a ring that looked nothing g like what I ordered then it didn’t fit. They gave me a store credit then changed the website and I can’t even get into it to use said credit!

This is another scam company from ASIA. SURPRISE! SURPRISE!!! The advertisement is 100% false. They will not provide information on how to send their substandard jewelry back. They have no intention of refunding your money. Their jewelry is extremely cheap and unattractive. Their customer service stinks. Save your money and buy from a genuine American company.

Horrible company, they don't care about their customers, won't let you make a return if you have a problem...and on top of that their jewelry is crap! Stay away!!!

The ring is very yellow and looks fake. There’s a noticeable scratch on the large gemstone.

My order took a long time to arrive, approximately 2 weeks.
I was not satisfied with the item I ordered. It looked nothing like the image on the website and I was not able to return it or exchange it. It looked very cheap and not comfortable.
I will not order from this vendor again even if they offer a discount.

I sent an email requesting to exchange my ring for a smaller size. I never heard back.

Our family has been interested in supporting small business for large purchases. The advertisement that I came across for Charlotte Grace jewelry was a mother and daughter handmade jewelry company. I thought it would be perfect for family gifts.
However, I found out that this company was gravely misadvertised. Not only is the jewelry not quality at all, it took almost one month to arrive. The website even advertised next day shipping if an order is placed before 11 pm.
Once the product arrived, the jewelry wasn't even packaged individually. So if I was to try and gift each individual piece of jewelry, I would have make an additional purchase to hold the jewelry in.
This entire process and purchase has been extremely misleading. I am very unsatisfied with the amount of money spent verses the quality of the product and the entire process.

I loved the packaging. Ready to gift. The styles were as appeared on the site and all fit perfectly. I will enjoy gifting them in a lottery style game to my daughters and granddaughters.

Awful. The service was appalling. Was in transit for over two weeks.
Turned up today . So incredibly disappointed. Terrible quality. Gold is so gold looks fake. I won’t be wearing any of my purchases. Beware!
