The pilots and Staff were very polite
The pilots and Staff were very polite, professional, and the managers/ directors Dylan and Jordan were very dedicated and worked hard for me with my problems with my trip to California, even though it was not the outcome we had hoped for it means a lot to me too see the effort put in on their side, and I am super appreciative of that and will continue to use you guys exclusively for travel.

CFG is so very accommodating and…
CFG is so very accommodating and professional.
They were flexible when my schedule changed and arranged new flights.
The pilots helped me with my Yellow Lab and luggage on and off the Jet.
Safety rules were thoroughly covered.
They checked to see I was comfortable.
My Jeep was pulled up to the Jet steps, all luggage moved to my vehicle and the gas tank was full. I drove away a very satisfied passenger.

Had to get home fast.
This trip was related to a medical emergency and its use allowed us to avoid a 20 hour trip by car or a commercial airport with two pets which would have taken over 10 hours and crowds of people. This charter flight allowed us to get door to door in 4 hours, with no fuss, no crowds, and little effort or stress on our part.
Ursula, our "'flycfg advisor" who booked the trip was attentive to every question and concern. She responded quickly and sensitively and followed up throughout the process including after we landed.

First time flying private and it’s the only way to travel. From our initial contact with Lindsey, the awesome pilots, then plane side treatment upon arrival by Jordan, it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Will definitely use this service in the future.

Super quick response time made everything possible. I was flying to the US on a delayed commercial flight and was going to miss my connection. Josh was amazing with expediting the coordination of plane, crew and pilots in a matter of hours and got me to my final destination.

I was having troubles with flights and private flights so I called here. I got the opportunity to talk with Josh from FlyCFG about possibly booking a flight today 2/9/24. He told me the prices and explained why each price was what it was.I may not be able to travel today for my own reasons; however, I very much appreciate him, he was very kind and resourceful when it it came to any questions I had asked. Delayed by a mechanical for over 2 hours. However, not CFG’s fault and our pilot Beau handled the delay with professionalism and class.
