Easy to use, friendly, quick to respond.
Easy to connect, very responsive, and patient as we decided what trip we actually needed. Unfortunately, we needed our guest and due to FAA restrictions, the pilots did not make it in timely and our guest was 1 hour late for his speaking engagement. FlyCFG offered ability to cancel to make it right, but at 12 hours before our scheduled flight, there were no other options.

CFG staff did great with everything
CFG staff did great with everything, we had some mechanical delays on our return trip, but CFG did great in recovering another plane and getting us home.

Did not like that we could not leave on the day planned. It seemed to take longer than expected to get answers for what the fix was going to be.

Sorry for delay in writing this review, but you will see why shortly. On 12/9/2023 while vacationing on a remote island in the Bahamas, we were notified that my father in law had suffered a massive stroke and would most likely never recover. With no commercial option to get back to the states in short order, I started emailing charter flights. this was at 3:00 a.m.
Alex got back to me later that morning with the promise that he would find us a flight. I believe by 11:00 a.m. flight had been arranged and we were scheduled to leave Long Island Bahamas on a direct flight to Miami by 1:30 PM. We were able to get back in time for my wife to say goodbye to her father. The CFG group came through with flying colors and showed great concern during the whole process. I want to personally thank all of you involved. Highly professional during a difficult time. If I am in need of charter service in the future you will get my business. Thank you!
