next day delivery came late
payed for next day delivery as i needed the fabric for a project and it came three-four days late. apart from that samples were fine

Whilst we process and dispatch orders promptly, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee or control the logistics of the delivery companies we rely on. On this occasion Royal Mail let us both down and we completely understand how frustrating delays can be and the knock-on effect they can have on your plans. I have been bombarded with unsolicited commercial spam from this company despite not being a customer and never providing consent to be contacted.
Nothing I've done has resulted in this harrassment ending.
edit: I've been given a story about how they didn't send the email which makes no sense given the email headers completely contradict that. Not trustworthy.
edit2: Your secure e-commerce platform are at best incompetent claiming that DKIM and SPF signatures on mail headers have been faked, which is clear nonsense.
