My delivery was scheduled for 19/08/2026 at 7:20 PM, yet the driver arrived over 1.5 hours early and could not wait. The item is a 1600×400cm radiator, which cannot be left safely, especially in Croydon where theft is common.I later received an email on 21st August at 3:34 PM scheduling delivery for 24th August at 3:30 PM, a time I had already explained I am not available due to work commitments. I requested 1st September, when I have booked leave, or another late slot. Instead, I was told I only get “two attempts” and would have to pay £70, despite the first failed delivery being their error, not mine.The responses since have been dismissive, repetitive, and lacking any empathy. Good customer service is shown when things go wrong — by working with the customer to find a reasonable solution. Chelsea Supplies has not done this.This has been one of the poorest customer service experiences I’ve had. If a company fails to honour an agreed delivery time, they should accommodate the customer’s availability rather than shifting the responsibility back onto them.

Delivery time slots are provided approximately 24 hours before a delivery attempt, and we advise customers to allow a one-hour window around the allocated time to account for any unforeseen delays on the road network.
As the original delivery attempt was unsuccessful, a new delivery would then need to be arranged. Our standard delivery timeframe is 1–4 working days, between 9am and 7pm, depending on the delivery location. You also advised us that you were unavailable for the rearranged delivery.
Following this, an enquiry was made regarding a special delivery via a third-party courier. As this is a separate courier service, it incurs an additional cost, which was subsequently provided to you.
To clarify, this charge was not for rearranging a standard delivery with our own delivery vehicles. We do not charge a fee for rearranging a standard delivery. The quoted fee related specifically to the requested third-party courier service.
Your delivery is currently being rearranged within our delivery timeframe.

Great Service, radiator ordered on Thursday and delivered on Monday. Brilliant communication, text updates and a call 1 hour before delivery. Pleasant, polite and friendly driver. All on top of an excellent price. Would highly recommend this company.

It was easy to order the anthracite radiator on the website. Fair price, regular update and fast delivery. The radiator has not been installed yet, but it looks nice. 😊

The online ad stated delivery in up to 4 working days, when i ordered almost £600 worth of goods, i was told they'd take 3 weeks to arrive.
2 1/2 weeks later, I'm still waiting.
Ad not accurate and cant judge quality yet.

Actual product is fine but thay advertised free delivery
That is not true I was charged £15
Delivery driver just dumped radiator and legs 60ft from my house
I explained i have arthritis in both arms and hands and would struggle to move it
He just got in his van and left
Needed anthracite valves and pipe covers but ordered elsewhere solely because of this
Unfortunately got to say I won't use again

Delivery and customer service exemplary
Well what can I say the service has been fantastic
I made an order many months ago and messed up with my email … a quick phone call and it was all sorted
Next purchase the delivery time was quoted at an exact time … the delivery driver apologised profusely about being 10 minutes late ( held up by tractors on the road unavoidable the area we live ).
We ordered 2 Venus radiators in black they’re really beautiful and are the statement pieces we never knew we needed in the living room
Everything was included for the installation and good clear instructions on ordering made sure I had ordered the correct thermostatic valve for our needs
Will 100% be ordering again once we move on to the next project.
