Chery Industrial was amazing! My company ordered a shelter structure and canopy that fits the structure for a jobsite and worked with David Isaacs to get our account set up, accurate pricing, and order completion. He was incredibly responsive and helpful through the entire process and made it virtually pain free! Lastly, the initial lead time on our purchase was roughly two weeks and we needed to take delivery in less time than that. The Chery Industrial team pulled together and was able to ship our order for an incredibly timely delivery. I would recommend these guys time, and time again! You won't be disappointed!

Bargin shopper here.... Purchased bargin/as is, 20ft farm gate, for drive way at a great price . initial contact was made on line purchased gate and scheduled pickup, but had to cancel due to csr said gate wasn't available and one could be shipped for $800. I will explain why this was questioned later??? So we were able to contact local company to see if item was available. Statesville NC location get a 5 star . Workers were very helpful and honored price of online discounts. Also saved the sale. We were going to walk away due to issues with online order. We saved money on shipping by picking up gate, gentlemen there help load gate. Minimal damage good price and local store provide great customer service. If you can purchase at local locations that may be a better option. We decided to do business with company on line again . And found that shipping charges varies and on line site charges shipping for each item shipped. Example : we were going to order 2 gates and fencing order didn't qualify for free shipping , even though gates and fencing were shipping from same location they were charging $ 2000 for shipping (excessive). Even if you use the discount code you literally loose your savings with shipping. At one point shipping was flat rate $800 on chery industrial online site. On eBay some cherry industrial reps offer $400 flat rate but still charge for each individual item example: if you order 2 items you will pay$ 800 dollars for shipping. I question their actual shipping practices and prices and hope owners will look into what is actually going on , to ensure customers aren't being overcharged and every customer is given the same price for shipping. Lastly remember when Lowe's pulled up and delivered fencing heavy yard items. They had a forklift on back of flat bed. Well for some online Business that's a thing of the past . As they don't provide a transporter who will unload you need a forklift... Like residential customer have a forklift just parked in the driveway. For any shipping cost over $1000 they could consider hiring a transporter company that can unload once delivered, So with all that said you can't beat the price of their bargin items and as is. Just make sure you can live with the damage and also repair item if necessary.

The product was phenomenal. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because you have to get it off with your own forklift. It was so hard to schedule and secure a forklift. I would have paid extra if Chery had this as an option.

Gates are beautiful

After ordering the product it was not available for almost 6 months. That was a major disruption. However, with that being said I really like the product and have recently installed the cabinets. They look great!!!!
