Bought a step ladder in Feb, no delivery no email no response. Please help to report this website as I cannot find a way to do it at the moment. Please help.

Most likely a scam company. I bought 2 sets of Ladders, paid for 3 months ago but never arrived.
Another set of immoral individuals cashing in on the pandemic.

I bought a step ladder in March whilst doing renovations. I didn't receive the item for over 10 days and went to email them to see where it was as I had received a dispatch notice and the email was undelivered. I have since tried to track down a telephone number to contact and the website doesn't exist anymore. Even the links on their dispatch email are all disabled and come up with error messages, They are a scam! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!

stay clear of this company a well known scammers as no goods received fr them I contacted my bank to get the payment back then to find out they have set up a recurring payment ready to take at any time stay well clear of them

Whatever you do, do NOT place an order with this company, I unfortunately did and lost my money and no product delivered. They do not answer e mails and there is no phone number to call. I am so mad that these people continue to con hard working families out of their hard earned money.

Ordered a set of steps in March 2021, with a 5 day delivery. 2 weeks later no steps and no response to my emails. Fortunately I paid by credit card so was able to get a refund. Why are these thieves still operating? They are scum

Scam take your money, no goods received. No reply to emails. Will take it up with Visa.

I placed an order 4 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I can't even get onto the website. The money came out of my account straight away. Not sure what my next move is. Can't even put a complaint in.

This is a thieving company that takes money for the purchased goods and never ship them. They do not return money and do not reply to e-mails. I bought a ladder from them on April 10, 2020 for f30. Until the end of May, they didn't send me any ladders and they didn't pay me back. They're scammers.

Would give no stars if poss. I agree, scam company. Same experience with ordering step stool. Which I’d done more research first. Luckily it was not a large sum but paid with credit card so bank sorting it. Avoid at all costs.

Chestern is definitely a scam company take money for goods and do not send them even though they state DESPATCHED contacted them via customer support and no response from them. STAY WEEL CLEAR OF THEM.

Scam! Took money and didn't send any goods. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered! Have had to cancel my credit card. STAY WELL AWAY!

Ordered step ladder and got no delivery date went back into site and surprise surprise found out they were a fake company. I rang the bank to raise a dispute only to find the had signed me up for a yearly membership and multiple purchase so could take money out at a later date. Thank God I rung the bank chestern now BLOCKED. So mean deceiving people

Horrible firm take your money and you NEVER reveive the goods.

Ordered step Ladders for £30 at the beginning of April and paid with a debit card. The ladders have not arrived to date. I contacted my bank and within an hour they paid the £30 into my account. Just to suggest if you have been scammed contact your bank, they may be able to help.

I would have given a no-star rating if possible. I can only concur with the many comments below and will contact Google re this company.
