As others have said, supposedly my order was shipped but took 3 weeks and was "delivered" when in fact it wasn't. Replacement order was the same issue - said delivered when it wasn't. Now they won't respond.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Finger weg. Das ist eine Betrugsfirma mit angeblichem Sitz in Berlin. Die Firmenadresse ist das KadeWe in Berlin und es gibt dort keine Firma mit diesem Namen. Die Ware kommt aus China und eine Rücksendung soll auf eigene Kosten nach China geschickt werden. Es wird auf der Website angezeigt, dass es ein Firmensitz in Deutschland ist. Auf Mails wird nicht geantwortet. Wenn eine Antwort kommt, dann nur mit dem Hinweis, ich möge die Billigware nach China senden. Seit mehr als 3 Wochen sende ich div. Mails um ein Rücksendelabel für Deutschland zu bekommen. Bis heute keine Rückmeldung. Also bloß nichts kaufen.

Achtung, Lovetetai wurde zu Oeskoy umbenannt.

Ware kommt nicht !!! Und E-mails werden nicht beantwortet:-(

Meine bestellte Ware ist bis heute nicht angekommen und auf meine Mails habe ich nie eine Antwort erhalten. Ich kann jeden nur raten Finger weg von diesem Shop

Absolute Abzocke hoch 10. warte seit November 2023 auf die Sachen die ich über Printerest bei Lovitita bestellt habe. Ware nie erhalten! Ewige Versprechungen das die Ware nach geliefert wird. Weihnachtsbaum mit Zug ist nie angekommen. Geld auch nie zurück erhalten und jetzt gibt es die Email adresse nicht mal mehr. Einfach finger weg, das ist lug und Betrug!!!!!!

J'ai commandé 2 supports de laptop en février 2024, je n'ai jamais rien reçu et je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé de la somme de 60€
Cette compagnie est une véritable organisation faite pour voler les consommateurs

Ich habe letztes Jahr einen Weihnachtsbaum bestellt mit integrierter Eisenbahn. Angeblich wurde die Ware geliefert, was aber nicht stimmt. Dann hat man sich entschuldigt und mir eine neue Lieferung angeboten. Welche ich zusagte. Bis heute habe ich nichts erhalten. Die Emailadresse des Kundensupport existiert nicht mehr. Geld ist weg. Betrug hoch zehn. Hände weg

Son unos estafadores y además se burlan de ti cuando contactas por email con la misma respuesta siempre: Paciencia, hemos dado aviso de que le reembolsen su dinero. Así mes tras mes. Desgraciadamente, no miré las opiniones en la red hasta que ya estaba atrapado en el robo.

Scam. Said my order was delivered but it wasn't. They said a review on their end would take about 10 days. Never heard from them and I can't find the emails I had with them anymore.

"URGENT WARNING! DO NOT TRUST LOVETITA! Neither have they delivered the article I ordered 6 months ago nor have they refunded the money! So do not buy from the company!"

Everything about this is fake. They are thieves. Even their screenshot of “delivery” is fake. Saying they give the runaround to keep stringing you along is giving runarounds a bad name. Horrible experience.

Es una ESTAFA. Pedí una mesa portatil de ordenador que ví en pinterest. No llegó aviso de confirmación al correo. Tampoco he recibido la mercancía ni he podido contactar con ellos. Pero sí la cobraron

Did not get acknowledgement of order but amount of £37 taken out of my account. Waited over a month and now checked on Trust Pilot to find out that I have been scammed.
Feeling pretty stupid.

Order Confirmed, c’est une plate-forme échafaudage électrique que j’ai payé 85.50 USD. Et malgré leur promesses je n’ai à ce jour 28 mars 2024 ni été livré ni remboursé et pourtant ils font toujours des promesses jamais honorées.
Pour moi c’est une arnaque !!!

Only gave it 1star because I had no choice so I could write this review. Scroll past anything to do with Lovetita, absolute thieves. Like many reviews, that I wish I had read before ordering, they take your money and fob you off with lies. I ordered 2 of the laptop trays in January 24 and, you guessed it, nothing arrived. I have numerous emails asking about a POD or my money back , all I get is lies in reply, ie package had been delivered. ATTENTION PEOPLE: THEY SEND NOTHING BUT STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!. Avoid these scum suckers at all cost!

Total scam. Did not receive my order. No customer service. Billed my credit card. Do not have anything to do with this company
