Great Results!
Number one reason for Chi is the results in my dogs life line. She is a mixed Beagle / Bull Dog and she has allergies. We noticed her shots that she needed for allergies monthly , is now qtrly so reducing costs on vet visits.
Secondly, her age is now 14 yrs old and she has plenty of energy and looks great. People always tell us she looks great for her age and her health problems are minimal.

Buckley, I was walking out the door when the product arrived. So I was able to get it into the freezer quickly. If I hadn’t been, I don’t know how long it would’ve had on my doorstep but it did arrive as expected. I just never share exactly what time. She likes the food. She seems to be healthy, so we’ll keep buying it.

Need At Least 2 Options in An Order
So far so good, but there definitely needs to be an option to pick at least 2 different types in an order, especially for senior dogs. They're picky eaters and have multiple conditions most of the time. Other than that, everything else has gone great including shipping.

We actually do allow multiple diets to be selected within the same order. When setting up an order, you can choose “Add Another Diet” to include a second (or additional) recipe in the rotation.

Thawing food and overdue delivery
I was waiting for my second order which was delayed . When the box arrived the outside was damp and there were no cold packing materials in the box. One of the packs of food was entirely defrosted and the others were still frozen but defrosting. I've discarded the one that was entirely thawed . An email said it was delivered at around 8 today, but it was not. A later email put delivery at around 3, which was when I went out to retrieve the box. My puppy likes the food, but I cannot continue if the food is not properly packaged. It is an issue of both safety and expense. What would you suggest? Sincerely,Sheri

I am appalled that returns aren’t allowed for unopened vitamins and macronutrients. I made a panic purchase that I later found wasn’t necessary.

Hi J Lewis, we completely understand how frustrating it can be to make a purchase and later realize you no longer need it.
Our vitamins and macronutrients are nutritional products intended to be added directly to your dog’s food, which is why we’re unable to accept returns—even when the containers are unopened. Once a food or nutritional product leaves our facility, it is outside of our quality control, and we can no longer verify how it was stored or handled. Taking those products back and potentially putting them into inventory for another customer would not be something we feel is ethical or appropriate from a food-safety standpoint.
We understand that this policy can be disappointing in situations like yours, but it is in place to protect the safety and quality of the products we provide to every pet and pet parent.

Renal diet
I spent the last three months trying to convert my cats to a veterinary renal diet. Both were in stage one renal failure, and they were unable to tolerate any of the prescriptiondiets currently on the market until I found the Chia cat water diet. I did my research on recommended food for stage one renal failureand spoke to the company? They were very responsive, and the water diet has the same levels as phosphorus and phosphorus to calcium ratio that the veterinary diets have so we decided to give it a try and the cats love it. It’s the first thing that they’ve liked since we started switching foods and we’re all very happy customers!
