Chidog is amazing! Every single person I have interacted with, either via phone, text or email are always so friendly and helpful. The product is amazing and my 14-year-old dog is thriving, even with kidney disease. Great customer service
I had ordered Chi Dog fire for my dog who was diagnosed pancreatitis. I ordered the food for him, but he passed before he was able to enjoy it. My other dog has been eating it. And loves it!
I did cancel my subscription simply because the corgi does not eat as much as the Golden. I have over a months supply.

We’ve contacted your company two or three times about the packaging. It’s very difficult to open then you have to use a knife all around which is a bit dangerous. I really wish that you could change this. Thank you.

In the meantime, rather than using a knife, we recommend using a pair of kitchen scissors to carefully cut along the edge of the package. We’ve found this to be an easier and safer way to open the trays.

Chicat to the Rescue!
Prior to discovering Chicat I tried no less than 20 different foods. Saraphina had lost a pound, was not eliminating normally, vomiting, was itching incessantly, and was covered in skin eruptions. Three weeks on Chicat Water diet and all of the above are nearly eliminated. She loves the simple, clean, and nourishing food. She is gaining weight and is a very happy girl. Thank you Chicat!

Love the product
Love the product. Think the price is kind of high, and it doesn't go as far as it should. Have to feed the 20 lb equivalent to my 11 lb dog. Having said that, i believe it's going a long way to curing my dogs cancer.... so probably worth it.

The best dog food on the market. I changed from another well known fresh dog food due to my vet's recommendation. You can see the quality difference, the higher protein content, and better health of our dogs. Customer service is great too. Highly recommend if you want a quality dog food.

Well when I got my dog started on Chi dog food she did well. She would get so excited when it was feeding time. She’s 13years old and has been diagnosed with an enlarged liver. Her appetite has changed.I do appreciate the customer care team so much. I certainly would recommend this food to anyone who cares about their dogs or cats.

Top quality dog food!
I switched my two Maltese dogs several years ago to this food, specifically Fire diet and Water diet, due to both dogs having sensitive gut issues! They have never been so healthy! They also love the flavor! Customer service is also excellent! Highly recommend!
