I can’t really give this food a…
I can’t really give this food a complete review as my dog, in renal failure, tried it and then politely declined. It seems like good, wholesome dog food, and arrived frozen. I think my dog not eating it was more a reflection of her failing health than on the food.
She has gone to doggie heaven tonight, no more pain, and I am grateful that there are options like this for any pet owner trying to find help for their best friend. Thank you.

Everyone is happy with Chi!!
It made a big difference in my rescue dogs. Our male dog arrived with a very dry, dull coat, and looked so forlorn.
We fed him Chi right when he arrived. His coat is so shinny and his eyes are really bright. He is so happy and you can see it in his demeanor.
His bonded female pal from the same rescue looks really good too!
We're very happy to have found Chi!!
I also like that is has been developed and overseen by a vet!

Five Star Company!
I was very impressed with this company. I was able to EASILY get a hold of customer service on Fourth of July weekend. They answered my questions immediately and were able to get a box shipped out promptly. My dog has a congenital liver problem and I’m thrilled to have found this high quality food.

BEST CHI FOOD EVER
I have called chi dog about three or four times and everytime I call them and had different people they are all very pleasant and very helpful I was a little nervous in what to do for my very picky dog but we are on our 12 th day of eating chi dog food and he is loving it.

Delivered soon after ordering, product was still frozen. It too a bit longer for my dog to switch over, but she's always been very picky about her dog food. Once switched, she seems to love it. I hope it lasts.

Love the food so does my dog BUT your packaging sizes are confusing. I purchased for a 19 lb dog for garnish and received 14 frozen squares. Supposedly for a month. Cancelled - I’ll purchase when I need it. You should allow non subscription purchases. And be clear on what is a square— one or two joined packs.

Just to clarify, the number of trays and tray sizes are based on your dog’s weight. Our feeding and packaging recommendations are formulated and approved by our board-certified veterinarian to ensure proper nutrition based on body weight and daily requirements.
That said, we understand every dog is different. We’re able to customize orders or add single trays on top of an existing plan to better suit your dog's needs.
