He ate gutka for entire trip. In first lane (fastest lane) he use to open the car door to spit & this happened several time.
Frequently asking for money when if his Allowance was paid to vendor. The cab vendor did pay him correctly so he use ask money for fuel. He use to never refuel the vehicle during idiot time. We had wait at fuel pump & tolls as nothing was paid, he want us to pay for everything
He use to open the cab window we after we paid for AC cab.
He use abuse language. Use phone to talk to his relatives will driving.
Try to take us to pandit, boat ride, parking, etc to earn money.
Chiku cab did not change the driver & started threatening me the he will go to police.
The driver create a screen in hotel. He did not change clothes for the entire trip saying that he forgot his cloths. When I mentioned the same he said shall I remove my clothes.
On the last of the trip the driver disappear with car & I was informed when I try to contact chiku cab.

its not company. they are doing scam with innocent Indian Tourists, I booked a taxi from Madurai to Rameswaram on 5th December 2025, I paid 3000rs as advance but my Indigo flight got cancelled. Company refused to refund. I have filed the complaint with Uttar pradesh CM yogi Aaditynathji, as the company is registered in Luckonow. now I am filing a case against comapny in mumbai consumer court.

This is a fraud company.
Had the audacity to cancel at the last minute after taking advance money and now its been a month.

Our trip was planned and advance of 10k was paid till now they haven’t refunded it’s been almost 26 days. What kind of company is this. Why they scamming people who wants to enjoy there weekends.

Scam Alert! Stay Away from ChikuCab & TaxiYatri 🚨

ChikuCab and its sister company TaxiYatri are fake and untrustworthy. They are not real travel companies — they are running a scam.

They will talk nicely at first, make big promises, and ask for payment. But once you pay, everything changes. Their team stops answering calls, and when they do, they give you different phone numbers every time. I was given more than 30 numbers to call, and no one helped. They keep saying, “refund will come in 15–20 days,” but it never happens.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. They wasted my time, money, and peace of mind. I also have proofs and chats showing how they cheat people.

Please don’t trust ChikuCab or TaxiYatri. They are fake companies running a big scam. Report them and warn others.

Very bad service and fake promises. Stay away.

I highly suspect that they run any services at all. We booked 20 seater bus a month prior to our vacation, As instructed by the company paid 10k as in advance booking charges got the confirmation mail too, with some random contact details. A week prior to our trip the services provider self cancelled our booking stating 'he got a different booking else where that paid him more' his exact same words. It was a last minute thing but as the services provider promised redunf immediately we agreed. Now it's been a month and there's no proper response from the service provider and refund is yet to be recirved. Just avoid booking from this platform.

We have booked mini bus from bangalore to varkala, and we have paid an advance of rupees 9000/- later on the bus driver canceled our booking on the previous day, we didn't have any option and we somehow booked another mini bus.

When we asked for the refund they said they will proceed after one week but its already 2 weeks completed we didn't received our refund.

Be careful when you do advance payment. Still i am waiting for my refund.

Ok so this is not a travel company. It is a scam company. Headed by some Neha Singh from Bihar.

I am also to be blamed from getting scammed as I didn't check their online reputation which is pretty bad.

Modus Operandi: For getting your money, they will arrange fake calls with drivers promising the World. And then they send shady links which keep saying payment failed despite money being deducted from your account several times. And once the payment is done, then they have all sort of problems with their drivers, personal problems and what not.

Piyush Pandey their sales leader 9621051335 is Neha Singh's henchmen handling her scam business.

Be careful if you come across them and report them scam immediately and ask me for any proofs you need for their modus operandi.

They are fraud and pathetic

I am writing this with deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent experience with Chiku Cab. I was traveling with 2 senior citizens and 5 children, having booked a TT for 5 days, but faced multiple challenges that caused stress, financial loss, and disruption of plans.

• A day before the journey, I was informed that the vehicle provided would not match my specifications (16+1 seater).
• On the day of travel, just 2 hours before departure, your vendor refused pickup due to confusion, leaving me on continuous calls for hours.
• The vehicle finally provided was substandard compared to the images shared at booking.
• At the end of Day 1, the vendor demanded an additional ₹10,000 and refused service for Day 2, leaving me struggling with senior citizens and children.

Despite my repeated follow-ups, their team failed to resolve the matter. This has caused me immense inconvenience, financial impact, and complete frustration.
