It is with extreme pain that I have to write this

My trip to Ramnagar got cancelled, as the driver did not pick me up.

We a group of six had booked an Innova with Chiku Cabs Ref No. CRS1722330991485.

I had paid an amount of Rs. 2650.

I received a message that Sh Aman Gupta Driver will pick me up..
But Aman Gupta was a vendor. He did not give me a cab. Chiku Cabs,did not respond.

After lot of phone calls, some one with the no. 8756982188 -( saxenaswati 986) tried to offer me an Ertiga instead of Innova. I agreed to that also. She send me the no. of Ombir Pal, a Vendor. He also did not send the cab.

This happened on the night of 21st. I had to leave at 6.00 AM on the morning of 22-02-23.

There was no official communication from Chiku cabs,
Do you take feedback from your vendors regarding the trip.

Cancellation caused a lot of financial loss to me, coupled with mental pain and agony.

Please refund the amount paid as advance and compensate me for the mental pain and agony.

If Chiku cabs continue to be insensitive towards the customers, then it is not a good sign for them.

Worst, worst, worst,worst...
I worked in chiku Cab, they make customers fool as well employees fool...pls no one book in chiku Cab or no one pls don't work there, they won't give salary,,,frauddd,,,,cheaterssss,,,,,

Stay away from Chiku cab
1. The driver came late by 35 mins.
2.
He was not clear with the charges and spent 1 hour , waiting for the clarification. I spoke to Chiku cab and they were not able to solve the issue.
- The entire family waited for 1 hour down stair to sort out the misunderstanding, which never got sorted .
- Different car was sent other than the one sent at the time of booking.
- Driver took another route from my place to Hogenekal lake ( Google map shows 115 KM but he took longer route -165 KM so that the total Distance travelled is more than 300 KM. I needed up paying for additional 69 KM.
- The driver charge was included in the booking. But the driver charged me twice as we reached back home at 10:30 PM. Night charge was included.
- Tue driver purposely took a different route so that he can delay and miss 10 PM deadline to double driver charge.
- He kept on asking money through out the journey .

We had booked tempo traveller from Kochi for 4 nights tour to Kanyakumari/Kovalam etc (tour starting from 12th Dec) about one month in advance (advance of Rs 5300 for booking was paid). On 11th Dec. we were informed: (1) Cost is increased by about Rs 1500, (2) Tempo traveller will have 10 seats instead of 12 that was booked, (3) Initial cost is for 750 km only instead of 1250 km, (4) rate for extra km is 23 instead of 21 and (5) we have to return by 2 pm on 16th Dec, instead of availability till evening that day. As we are from outstation, we had to accept all conditions as it was hard to find new vehicle at last moment and also advance was paid.

The driver assigned from the company was not professional at all. We booked for hourly basis but they didn't act as per agreement, also took extra money for parking and drivers night charge (whereas we left drivers at 9:30pm). He had so many excuses like today is karwachand i have family program, it will be good if you leave me early... man we went there for travelling so our time is limited and based on that we make booking on hourly basis so why these excuses from the beginning of the trip? Anyways we left his car at 9:30pm but he took night charge. Driver had less knowledge about the delhi city, he didn't even know where is Humayuns tomb, Agrasan ki baoli, wherever we go we had to guide him through map. 2nd day driver supposed to pick us from hotel at 8am, he came at 9am... his excuse was hotel has given him wrong location on WhatsApp. My question was just yesterday he has dropped us on the hotel than why would he needs the location from hotel? Anyway we felt very unsafe because of these issues. We were so annoyed that we let the driver park the car on mall and explored restaurants outside maill by auto. We use to travel at least 2 times in a year and have been travelling india for 6 times but trust me never had these type of experience ever. Our booking was from 13th October tov15th October.

I am travel agent in Hyderabad,, Rithish travles,I send the ac mini bus to Basar trip to chiku cab client mr.mahender alwal, secunderabad,I hv to get balance amount of Rs.7664, the company excutive ms Swathi saxena committed to pay the balance amount,she his not lifting my phone call, plz do the justice, I am small agent getting a commision on this trip, the bear the above said amount

FRAUD company- Guys please don't book the cabs via them they are the cheaters. Initially, the driver details provided were incorrect. The driver asked for extra charges which was already informed to these guys before the trip which they failed to informed me. I called and emailed still no response. Anyways I am going to file a case against them with the recordings of the conversation with them. I am sure the 4 star or 5 star ratings are given by there own members.

Worst experience ever, I was travelling from Delhi to Punjab, I gave exact location to Chiku cab(Amit) and he told me price and I was happy with the price, but I reached at my place driver start asking me 1350 extra when I asked why .. he said I drove 60kg extra and I called Amit (Chikucab) and he start argue with me without listening to me.. driver was nice I don’t have any issue in my whole journey except Amit’s unprofessional behaviour and he told me that u r 4th grade people … he doesn’t even know how to talk with customer .. I will never recommend to anybody .. he was threatening me to call the police which I told him to go ahead because I have written proof..

chiku cab is total fraud and they are running scam. Never ever choose this company. They will take your money and then they will not receive your calls

Hey, I really enjoyed the ride with you. It was a great journey and I found your taxi services very reliable yet safe. Chikucab is the best car rental company for outstation rides. Keep up the good work guys.
