Excellent customer service. I got stuck installing the sim but everytime I emailed for help they replied by at a reasonable time with the best advice and patience. Would definately recommend using Chillaxsim to anyone trvalling abroad.

I didn't have any problem. It was very fast and easy to use.

It worked in New York without any problems, high speeds on the T-Mobile network, but ping was around 300, the high ping didn't bother me at all, but it's worth taking into account

The best flat rates and a good experience. There is no dedicated app but I am good with it unless the price is lowest on the market.

Great adapter to enable eSIM on incompatible phones, and also cheap. It works fine on my Xiaomi, can store up to 40 eSIM profiles. Recommended.

El adaptador esim funciona bien con una esim de Simyo (Orange/España).
No funcionó con el programa EasyEUICC, pero si lo hace con el 9esim.
En un próximo viaje por China podré terminar de evaluarlo.
