Bought a 3GB SIM to get us through Switzerland, where our contacts did not work. Payment was easy, instructions to setup clear, and worked without fault whilst there.

Having made a lot of research on esims and esim card adapters I chose to go with Chillaxsim. Firstly their customer care is amazing. Not only did they reply immediately to my concerns but also kept communication via whatsapp. They confirmed that my phone model (Redmi 8 Note Pro) can take the esim adapter and also shipped it out immediately. Once I received it, I found it a bit hard to use, due to my lack of knowledge. I immediately contacted them via whatsapp and in less than 2 minutes they helped me out and my esim was up and running. Chillaxsim products and services are absolutely fantastic. Well done to the whole team. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Quick and easy and though initially not quite the best price, the coverage and speed means it's the best value. Would buy again.

We had the Central Asia package and it worked great in all 3 countries. A little more spotty in Uzbekistan, but flawless in both Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. It uses the Beeline network. Would certainly recommend 👍

I'm not impressed a 7day e sim is less than 7 days. I was expecting a full 168 hours of use like my wife's E sim. I don't plan on using this company again

Edit: although I appreciate the response, my Wife went with Yuca 7 day e sim and it still works on day 7 for a full 7 days. In fact I'm using her hotspot to tell you the fact it still works. It was activated the same day/time for the same 7 day e sim. That's also how I experienced numerous other sims in other countries.

Internet was working fine in Switzerland.

Internet doesnt work. I lost internet after oneday.

No, it had nothing to do with my phone settings. Your internet service simply stopped working, and the fact that your support is available only when I'm traveling without internet access is completely irrelevant. In such cases, I just have to buy a local SIM card. Your service has completely failed me.

Quick reply to my mail regarding remaining data on eSim. Worked good so far. Will check your prices again if I will travel in the future.

I originally posted a one-star review on April 10, 2025, due to a frustrating experience with the product. However, thanks to the prompt assistance from customer service, the issue was resolved fairly quickly, and my later experience proved that this is actually a pretty good product. I wanted to update my original review to reflect the full story, but since I couldn’t find a way to edit it, I’m writing a new one.

Here’s the update: Customer service responded to my April 10 review on the same day I posted it, which genuinely surprised me. I have to give them credit for being so responsive to feedback posted online. They asked me to provide screenshots and suggested I set the APN to “cmhk.” Initially, that didn’t work. However, when I changed it to “cmlink,” everything started working—and it continued to work well for the remainder of the term.

Now, you might wonder how I figured out the correct APN setting. Well, I had purchased eSIMs for both my wife and myself. After “cmhk” failed on my phone, I double-checked the APN settings on my wife’s phone and saw it was set to “cmlink.” I gave that a try—and bingo, it worked. Interestingly, even with the correct APN setting, her eSIM didn’t work at first either.

Another mystery: my phone initially worked for a day and a half after activating the eSIM before it completely stopped functioning. I have no clear explanation for that.

Regardless, in all fairness, I want to applaud the company for their quick response and support.

I gave the product another try during a later trip to Singapore. As soon as I activated the eSIM, it worked flawlessly throughout my stay.

All things considered, I’m now giving this product a 5-star rating—with a slight reservation, due to the initial setup confusion. Still, the customer service and overall performance have earned my confidence moving forward.
