Excellent service from start to finish. Having been let down by another dealer Brett and the team were a great help in sourcing our new Nissan Interstar. The van is perfect and we would definitely recommend Chorley Nissan.

Nissan Blackpool I Was given awful customer service by salesman Mr John Taylor and his other colleagues muppets and mostly ignored by Paul Gaskell and Adam turner,
Wrong car given it was another customers car,
Wrong number plates put on my car which is illegal

Very distressed situation very unhappy service customer care by Paul Gaskell was disappointing he told me Given the circumstances and the unfortunate lack of trust you now have dealing with John and Chorley Group, its probably best we draw this to a close and you place an order for a second car elsewhere. what a company completely unacceptable customer service and what a terrible customer care and customer support staff awful here and management Adam turner does not reply to any emails, avoid at all costs please 🙏 the company Chorley are the worse car company I have ever encountered buying a car, they have no business sense whatsoever, please 🙏 avoid this company please I have now purchased my car from a fantastic company,

From start to finish our experience was top notch. No pressure whatsoever to buy anything you didn't want. Emily assisted us for all our needs and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Very professional in every way, as well as being very patient with me when I found things a bit over my head. We received a very fair price for our car & the car we purchased represented excellent value for money.
Emily instructed us & directed us very thoroughly throughout the collection of our new vehicle & nothing was too much trouble for her.
Overall a very satisfying experience with CGNP & we look forward to returning when required for service, mot etc.

I have been looking for a new car for my husband for a while I’m a massive Kia fan and just not found the car that fitted him in size and budget.
By fluke we went to ormskirk branch (was never a big fan from a bad experience when it was 06vauxhall). Saw a car that had just been part exed so within 5 minutes of it being handed over we test drove it and had it reserved.
We did continue looking but found nothing to compare so David Gore sorted everything swiftly and went the extra mile by sorting the alloys and even new number plates on it. My husband went to drop his car off a day earlier than he should as he’s impatient and David as he was so well organised had the car ready (luckily) and my husband was able to bring it home instead of a lovely walk home.
Throughout David and Trevor have been great kind caring and a bloody good laugh can’t relate them high enough!
Cherry on the top would have been a lifetime of free valets but you can’t have everything ! Thanks again guys one happy husband

Poor after sales, receptionists very polite but no mechanic to be seen, they won't change a faulty 12v battery they say it is ok, Halfords and me disagree.

Just had a fabulous experience with Chorley Group Wigan branch. Spitted a car I fancied on line, on line chat agent aryan was really helpful and within minute I was contacted directly by the sales manager Lee who confirmed the car was available. I was then contacted by Tom the Sales Executive who invited me to come and view the car. I visited the same day, Tom was great and easy to deal with , he inspected my car - gave me a fair price and we agreed the deal. I returned the next day to complete the deal and pick the car up - the car was fully checked, valued and ready to go. Tom even sorted my car tax on line for me. Overall great experience, young Tom is a credit to the business - would highly recommend 👏👏👏
Signed contracts on 10 March with an agreed delivery date of 31 March. The car never arrived. When I chased, David Gore falsely told me the delay was caused by my failure to sign the paperwork — I had signed both forms on the same day they were issued, which is documented in writing.
The real delivery date had silently moved to 2 June with no warning, no apology, and no proactive communication whatsoever. When pressed for a solution, David offered nothing but vague reassurances that he would “monitor availability.”
It took a formal written complaint citing the Consumer Rights Act, the Misrepresentation Act, and their own Terms & Conditions — sent to four members of staff simultaneously — to get a resolution. To their credit, Regional Franchise Manager Paul Gaskell refunded my deposit the same day without argument.
The experience with David Gore was dishonest, incompetent, and a complete waste of my time. Chorley Group should seriously review who they put in front of customers.

So, where do I start? Took my Nissan Juke in for a major service on Jan 26th. Paid £369 for the privilege. Reached home to find the rear parking sensor had been dislodged during the service. Reported it and took the car back in. They acknowledged the sensor became dislodged during the serviced but said I'd have to pay £300 to get it fixed. No accepting responsibility for the fault. Raised complaints with the main Chorley Group and Nissan. Got a call from the manager who said he'd arrange a spot for me to bring the car in but... crickets. waited until 16th March and gave them a 7 day ultimatum. No reply so got it fixed at a local garage for £45. Have now filed a claim with the Motor Ombudsman and will never service my car there again.
20/04/2026- So I contacted Chorley Group customer care after their offer to reimburse my costs. This was a week ago. They said they would ask the Management to contact me; but have not yet done so. Let's see how long this takes...

The team made me feel welcome, and were very helpful, and not at all pushy. Having agreed a purchase, there was a snag that took a few days to resolve, but I was given a really nice courtesy car to use. Many thanks to Tom for his patience and help.

Adam and Dave were absolutely brilliant through the whole process from finding my car to getting a fantastic deal also. Many thanks to the guys they’ve been amazing.
From first enquiry to picking my car up, the service was great. Sam couldn't have been more helpful in arranging things, he was professional, easy to talk with and very efficient. He sorted me a great deal and I'm more than made up.

I booked my car in for a 2nd year service. The price was £385! They said it was a major service. Change of oil and a couple of filters! On the bill it included labour at £180! The car was only in an hour and a half! While I was there they said they they had some amazing new deals. We decided to have a test drive in an mg3 trophy hybrid which we were quite impressed with. I told the young salesman that I qualified for the mg affinity deals which I had got on my last two mgs. He showed me the deals which were discussable, but when I looked at home later they were the same details on their website that were open to all customers? Do they not participate in the scheme? Did the salesman not know this?. However when they valued my car (mgzs1.0ltr) at £11600 I was shocked. When I questioned why that was a nearly 50% depreciation in two years was told they would have to service the car which had just been done that day! They then said because of this they would offer as a good will gesture £12000. I said that was not quite enough and left it at that. I later got a phone call from the salesman saying that if they offered £12500 would Ibe interested, Itold him maybe and he said he would ring me back. No phone call no nothing ! In the past Ihave used this company buying4 Nissan cars and 2 mg cars. Never again! I will use another dealer in the future
